Pad Thai and Mango With Sweet Sticky Rice
    Alfonso D.

Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a try--honestly one of the best decisions I've made. The Thai food here is absolutely delicious. I ordered the combination pad Thai and it was packed with flavor--everything tasted amazing and well-balanced. I also had the mango sticky rice on the side, and it was just as good. Perfect way to finish the meal. If you're in the area, I highly recommend stopping by. You won't be disappointed.

Husband and I came in with our 5 kiddos and we all had an amazing time! We had 5 star service, thailicious catered to our every need, kiddos were given stickers and all types of sweets! The inside is very cute and warm, the lighting is dim very relaxing probably helped kiddos stay a bit calm. We ordered their fried wontons and satay chicken for appetizers, really liked the presentation. Kiddos had orange chicken and fried rice and they devoured everything and these kids are a bit picky. Husband and I had the Thai beef boat and crying tiger both really good! I highly recommend!

Came here for lunch with my son and had their pad see ew with beef, while my son had the same with chicken. My son got their Thai tea. Parking is easy, service great, food came out fast - glad I stopped in while in the area this week.

Found this place right under our noses! I grew up in the area and somehow never stopped by until last week, and since then, this is already our third time back. Everything we've tried has been amazing. The yellow curry, crying tiger, and mango sticky rice are definite must-orders. Each dish is packed with flavor, tastes authentic, and is cooked perfectly. So glad we finally discovered this spot. Compliments to the chef! We'll definitely keep coming back.

Thailicious is a small hole in the wall eatery in a strip mall off of South and Norwalk Blvd. My friend and I ordered a few appetizers that were pretty ordinary and run-of-the-mill. But what did stand out was the tom yum noodle soup, which was exceptional. The tangy and spicy base paired perfectly with the vermicelli noodles, to the point that I'm surprised more Thai restaurants don't offer this combination. I also appreciated that they offer different sizes, so I was able to finish my small soup without wasting any. Lastly, service was friendly and attentive. To sum it up, I'll definitely be back for more tom yum noodle soup. ****************** My Ratings: 1 Star: Terrible; just thinking about it makes me angry. 2 Stars: Wasn't a fan so Not likely to return. 3 Stars: Meh. Average. Might return if others drag me. 4 Stars: Yum! Likely to return. 5 Stars: Amazing! Would plan my day around it.

THAILICIOUS !!! Let's talk about it the menu is actually larger than expected especially with it being a smaller establishment. , but I was happy I was able to have options , I order the eggrolls , or gyoza and silver noodles and everything was absolutely delicious and filling . The service was great , immediately greeted and served a cup of water , my waiter tip was really cool dude love how he engaged with the customers and his bubbly attitude , and let's not forget his HONESTY! I was going to order more but he ensured me this was enough food especially for just 1 person and it was so thank you tip for saving me money . The ambiance, clean . I'll definitely go back to Try more things in the menu .

Stopped by for their lunch special, and I went with their most popular dish, the Sweet Basil with ground pork. It also came with two sides, so I grabbed the Tom Yum Soup and a side of white rice. The flavors here are bold and authentic, exactly what you want when you're craving Thai food. I asked for extra spicy, and they delivered, no questions asked. The Tom Yum Soup was the perfect balance of tangy and spicy, and the Sweet Basil pork was loaded with flavor. The inside was a little dead, but I think that's normal for a slow rush hour. Service was quick and friendly, parking was easy, and the whole experience was smooth from start to finish. Definitely planning to come back.

Best Thai food in the Cerritos/Artesia area! I've been looking for authentic, flavorful Thai food and I finally found it. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. We tried the Pad See Ew and the Green Curry--both were absolutely delicious and packed with flavor. The portion sizes are generous, and the service was quick. Small, cozy spot, but worth it. Will definitely be back! Found my new go-to spot for Thai! Their lunch specials are a great value, and the food comes out hot and fast. The Pad Thai was perfectly balanced, and the veggies were fresh. If you love authentic flavors, this is the place. Friendly service and easy parking, too!

Came here for a quick lunch on a Saturday. It's located right next to Honey Bakery. Got seated right away since it wasn't busy at all. Friendly and attentive service from staff. My niece and I shared Pad Thai with tofu as our protein. We were asked how we wanted our tofu cooked, steamed or fried, so my niece chose steamed. The pad thai was flavorful but it was too soft and saucy for my liking. Other things to mention: - There is one gender neutral restroom. - Plenty of parking in the lot - Max of 3 cards to split the bill

I accidentally stumbled upon this place while getting gas on the corner of Artesia and South. Although the parking lot is a little suspect as it really needs some TLC, the inside of the restaurant was inviting. I was escorted to a table by a waitress. The place is super tiny, so not too many tables here. I ordered their lunch special which was affordable and offered healthy portions. The service was phenomenal. I made the mistake of not ordering rice with my sweet basil ground pork dish, but my food was delicious! It even came with a soup which was amazing. Definitely coming back in the near future.

This was the best Pad Thai I have ever had. It was beautifully made and the portions of food here are huge, so I would suggest sharing if you are eating here with friends/family. As for the Tom Yum Soup, it was delicious, with the perfect balance of sour and spicy. The waiter was also very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. The restaurant itself was very clean and had a welcoming feeling to it. I will 100% be coming back in the future to try their other dishes.

Hi Ruth. We are still closed. I will keep you posted when we open back up. We still working on getting our license back.

Is this place closed? I tried calling. No answer. So we drove there and it looked like maybe some construction inside? Wasn't sure. But they wouldn't answer the phone. :(

Looks like they lost a license or something - the owner posted about it under another similar question that was asked they are looking to get it back & reopen soon.

Did you guys change phone numbers or something? I have been trying to order my food both online and over the phone and I either get voicemail or that the online service is not available right now. Can you please update? Thank you!

From the reviewers the food seems good. How are the portions?

Good! I ordered take-out (Panang curry + Garlic Pepper Beef) and they filled all the containers :)

Most places can't do that cause their curries are pre-prepped like mass-produced Ultron bots. But Original Thai makes it to order from scratch. It is like Shuri customizing your gear right in the Wakandan lab. The ladies here are super friendly and treat you like family.. The location is on the smaller size with limited seating but the turnaround wait for food is quick so whether you wait to dine in or take it home it'll be worth it.

Plenty of seating but the waiting area was pretty impacted that others had to wait outside. We were able to try the moo tod nam pla (crispy pork belly), pad thai, super crab fried rice, and this hot pot with noodles. We thought the hot pot with noodles would come as a soup, but was surprised to see it was like pancit (a Filipino noodle dish)-- tasted like it too and was pretty simple. The other times I've come here, I have been able to try the khao soi (yellow curry broth with egg noodles) and the kapow (chili garlic dish with protein of choice). I still think those two dishes reign out as my favorite at this restaurant. However, the issue was not the rule itself, it was the way the situation was handled. My niece was not allowed to eat his food, and while we respected the restaurant's policy, the manager's approach came across as rude and inconsiderate. There is always a respectful and professional way to communicate with customers, and sadly, that was missing during our visit. The food itself was good, which makes this review even more disappointing to write. However, customer service is just as important as the food. The interaction with management left us feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable throughout our meal. When it came time to pay, we were fully prepared to pay for all the food we ordered. However, due to the poor service and the unnecessary drama surrounding the situation, we did not feel that the service charge was justified. I hope management takes this feedback seriously. The broth is the star here. It's rich, flavorful, slightly sweet with a tangy kick, pretty sure there's some tangerine going on in there. Just a heads up, even "mild spicy level" has a noticeable heat, so if you're sensitive to spice, don't try to be brave... go no spice. The meats were surprisingly good, tender, not chewy, which is where a lot of places mess up. Noodles came out hot, no complaints there. We also got mango sticky rice and this is where they really sealed the deal. Mango was perfectly in season, juicy, sweet, not that sad sour off-season stuff. Sticky rice was soft and actually tasted like it was made fresh, not reheated from yesterday. Waitress was attentive and nice.
