We came in for dried mushrooms but ended up having lunch. Tucked inside a renovated 99 Ranch Market food court is a noodle/soup joint that serves just about everything from soups, to Chinese style burger and loaded noodles and fried rice. The place is neat and clean and they provide cold water for customers and .50 for non diners. Service was friendly and fast. You get 3 choices for the cold salad (bean sprouts, carpaccio like meat etc, enjoyed and shared the veggies and the beef noodle brisket. It is definitely a great value for your dollar. Fast, friendly service and good food equals 5 stars for us!!

I got the cold chicken, marinated spicy pork slices and one veggies combo. $13 The portion was very generous for that price. The food was fresh and delicious. I will definitely come back again to try their other menu items. They do have a few tables for dine jn. Located inside 99 Ranch market in Artesia.

They are located inside the 99 ranch market which I frequent and decided to give this spot a try after seeing another Yelpers recommendation to try it out. The staff who took my order was so nice and helpful! He recommended #13 ( I don't remember what the dish was called ) which I ordered. There are several tables to sit down and eat at, but I had groceries so took my food to go. I am happy I went with the staff's recommendation , the dish was amazing! The meat was very tender and had a lot of flavor. Portion size was pretty big for the price, this was under 15 dollars. Service was amazing and food was delicious! Definite yes in going back.

This used to be Changan Kitchen but now it's this place. Not sure if it's the same management or not but the licensing sign still said Changan Kitchen. I also asked the cashier if the food is the same since everything on the menu looks the same. He said it's a little different. What I ordered: -Pan Fried Pork Buns: These were so good! I feel like they were the same as the ones from the previous place. Saltiness of the pork was a good contrast to the sweetness of the bun. 4/5 -Biang Biang Hand Ripped Noodles: These were unfortunately not the same. I feel like they weren't as saucy, spicy, and flavorful as the previous restaurant's. Noodles were still a good chewy consistency. The overall dish was good but just not as good as Changan's. 3/5 Overall, I did enjoy my food from here and server was very friendly but the noodles were just not as good. I probably won't be back soon. Don't get me wrong, the food was good BUT compared to how the noodles used to be, this place's are dull in comparison.

3/2/25 Located inside 99 Ranch market in the city of Artesia. Decided to finally try out their food. Pleasantly surprised at how good the food was! The other eatery next to it was also interesting but the lady I said Hi to simply looked at me & walked away into the kitchen (how rude!) So guess who lost a customer? I place a high value on customer service so I am more inclined to try new places based off this. Yummy Noodle offer cold & hot noodles but I opted to try the specials, usually $10.99 combo on weekdays but for weekends it's $13.99. Ordered the Eggplant with shredded pork & Fish filet with black bean sauce, each with steamed rice. My order took about 12 minutes to cook (although the friendly cashier said 5 minutes). I spent my time waiting by purchasing other treats at the HK Bakery across the market on the other side. There are tables & chairs for customers to enjoy their meals. It's like cafeteria style seating inside of 99 Ranch market. Took the well packed combos & I was on my merry way. It was fairly hefty in weight & the portions are generous for $30 worth of food. Tried each & was glad I finally ordered from Yummy Noodle. The eggplant was still fresh & hot, seasoning is perfect, the fish filet was equally tasty! Will definitely order to try other menu items. I didn't get to take photos of the food but will have opportunities when I return. Giving them 4 stars is generous but my experience was really good & I think I could see myself being a regular customer.

This place is pretty good. Service is fast and the entrées I've gotten have been delicious. I got the tomato scrambled egg and black bean fish fillet. Those have been my go to dishes.

They made the noodles themselves!! Its good! Service is good and shes very attentive. I picked 3 mixed veggies (cucumber, potato and seaweed) very delicious! I recommend this place. This place inside the 99 Ranch Market in Artesia.

This is a hidden gem located in 99 ranch market. I love the Biang biang mian here! The noodles are super thick and chewy with perfect consistency, mixed in a delicious sauce. The cold appetizers were yummy too including the cold pig ears and bean sprout vegetable mixes. Everything was seasoned so well. Despite it being located in a grocery store, the service was actually really good! They poured our waters for us and checked on us.

    Tony Z.

We came here to the grocery store to get groceries for the week and decided to just eat dinner before going home. Like the name of the restaurant, all the food was yummy. Their premium cold dishes were especially good. We got the pig ear, beef, and potato. The price is so good for how much they give you. We also got two Liang Pi (sesame and regular). The sesame tasted better imo, but is just a matter of preference. I would definitely be back in the future!

bomb lil spot for some authentic chinese food. i like the garlic biang biang noodles, they had a complex flavor without being too overpowering. the noodles were clearly fresh and the sauce was so flavorful, with the perfect amount of spice mixed with minced garlic on top and some fresh lightly cooked bok choy. service was exceptional, the man working here was quick to suggest various meal options and was friendly and even asked how i liked the food. located inside of the 99 ranch market. will surely return again to try more!

Very good noodles. I order the same thing every time. Thank you. I love you yummy noodle. I love YOU.

Omg I have never in my life had such delicious noodles. And at a 99 ranch food court too. The bar has been risen because damn. This was very good. At first glance It looked kinda bland. But when you start mixing in the sauce and bean sprouts just wow. Love it.

    Jeannie N.

Their biang biang noodles are so flavorful and bouncy! Love the texture of these al dente chewy noods. They always hit the spot. We also got a soup which has decent flavor. We asked for both dishes spicy. They brought out a condiment tray so that we can add our spices. The soup came out piping hot. It did make the noodles more on the soft side if you don't eat it fast. We also got the pan fried buns. That took awhile to cook because they said it was frozen. We almost left the restaurant forgetting about them. They had a nice pan fried browned bottom filled with a bit of soup. The meat had good flavor. Fast and friendly service from the ladies at the counter.

We were craving some warm pho on a cold night, and Soup Shop sounded like the perfect spot. The plaza Soup Shop is located in is usually super crowded, but if you go after 9pm when most of the other restaurants and shops are closed, you'll find plenty of parking. Write your name down on the waiting list at the front podium and then wait for your name to be called. They have a few seats to wait right outside the door. Once we were seated, we were given menus. I really like that their menu has a lot of large photos of the dishes, so you know what you're getting! Once we ordered, the food came out pretty quickly despite being busy. For appetizers, we ordered the Crunchy Pork "Bao" since it sounded unique. Inside the bao is pork shoulder, mushroom, Vietnamese sausage, and quail egg. The outside has a thin, perfectly crispy layer that gives a nice little crunch when you bite into it. Really enjoyed these and would recommend! We also got the Crusted Parmesan Cauliflower. Not sure what's in the sauce, but it's sweet, tangy, and delicious! It's also topped with fried onion, cilantro, cucumber, and parmesan cheese. Also a winner! For entrees, we got the Chicken Pho and the Pho Ribeye. For the chicken Pho, you can get it with thigh or breast meat. I got it with breast meat, and they gave a good amount of meat! A little dry, but I appreciated that it was nice and lean. The flavor of the soup is really good. Pho Ribeye was also tasty! Hit the spot.

I ordered the pho brisket along with the crispy Vietnamese egg rolls (chả giò) through Yelp for pickup and drove out to grab it myself. The broth had really good flavor and definitely hit the spot once I warmed it back up at work. The brisket portions were generous, and the egg rolls were crispy, flavorful, and probably my favorite part of the meal. By the time I got back to work, the pho had cooled down a bit, so I did have to reheat it, and I noticed some grease collecting on top of the soup after it sat for a while. Overall though, still a satisfying and comforting lunch on a cold day, and I'd come back again when I'm craving pho.

I absolutely loved the crispy bottom layer because it added such a satisfying crunch to every bite. The inside stayed really juicy and flavorful with a good balance of pork, shrimp, and chives. The Juicy Pork Dumplings had soup inside, which was rich and savory. I've had soup dumplings before where the wrapper breaks apart too easily, but these held together nicely while still staying soft and delicate. The Wonton in Spicy Sauce was my personal favorite from the entire meal. The spicy sauce flavor was savory with a little sweetness. I'm typically not good with spice, so this is at a spice level that should be very manageable for everyone. I absolutely loved the spicy sauce, so I started putting it on everything. Definitely put the sauce on the chicken fried rice! The Chicken Fried Rice was a great dish to pair with everything else that we ordered. With several orders of entrees, a solid rice dish is a must order for any Chinese meal. The rice had a nice savory flavor that I enjoyed, and there was a generous amount of chicken mixed throughout the dish. I even asked the waitress if they do anything special with the fried rice because it tasted better than many other restaurants. It felt comforting and balanced compared to some of the heavier dishes. The Dry Fried String Beans were cooked perfectly with a slight crispness while still being tender. The garlic and seasoning gave them so much flavor that it honestly didn't even feel like I was eating vegetables. I do have to note that these were very much on the salty side, so if you don't like foods that are too salty, I would choose a different dish. The Orange Chicken was really crispy and juicy, which I appreciated because soggy orange chicken is always disappointing to me. The sauce had a nice citrus flavor while still keeping that classic sweet savory taste. The Spring Rolls were simple with vegetable filling on the inside with a crispy outside. I would try a different appetizer next time. The Kung Pao Shrimp was packed with flavor and had a really satisfying combination of textures. The shrimp were tender, and the peanuts added a great crunch to the dish. I thought the sauce had a really nice balance of spice and savoriness without becoming overwhelming. Another dish I really enjoyed was the Beef Roll Pancake. The pancake itself was nice and chewy throughout each bite. The sliced beef with green onions and sauce all wrapped together made every bite really flavorful and satisfying. For drinks, I ordered the Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba. I really liked that the jasmine tea flavor was noticeable instead of being overly sweet like some milk teas can be. The boba had a soft chewy texture, and the drink itself paired perfectly with the spicy and savory dishes from the meal. Staff: All of the staff members were quick and friendly Ambiance: Indoor seating only. A good amount of parking in the parking lot that is shared with other shops in the plaza.

I have liked everything I've tried, but I mainly love coming for their noodle soups! The noodle soups are really yum, very filling, and you can choose what type of noodle you want!! Coming here was a spur of the moment decision and totally worth it!…read more I had been wanting to come here for a while with my sister and today was the day Linda! My other sister joined so we were three lovely ladies total. There was no wait, we walked in and we're promptly greeted and asked how big was our party. BAM! Got seated immediately. We sat down like 2 minutes before Happy Hour ended and we were approached by the guy taking the orders, and of course I was all hurried like telling him what we wanted from the HH menu but he was all; "Don't you worry momma, take your time and you'll still get the happy hour special!"(not those exact words, but you get what I'm sayin) And we sure did, we got the gyoza, edamame, and shumai. And one of my sisters ordered a House Draft beer. We were actually ready to put in our whole order so we did. While we waited, we were brought water and paper cups, not the fanciest, but gets the job done. I only took pictures of the food and menus, but the inside gives off this small-katsu-shop-in-Japan feel. Very cool. It definitely does not give off like it's trying too hard; just kinda says "This is me, take me as what I am." And we totally did. The appetizers started arriving shortly after the water and we went to work. Gyoza- perfectly crisp, filled generously and well seasoned meat inside. Came with a soy sauce based sauce and spicy Mayo. We all enjoyed both dipping sauces. Next up: edamame. These were basic. Just steamed and heavily salted. Not with it for me cause it was nothing special. But I did end up seeing. Spicy edamame on the menu after we had already finished our food so that might be worth a try. And before the shumai was able to come to our table, the main course arrived. #1- and my favorite- House Special Gyu Katsu + curry. This is a whole experience, my friend. They bring out the breaded ribeye, raw and sliced. With it, a stone and fire grill. And a split condiments dish with course salt and a soy dipping sauce. You add the sliced meat on the hot grill, let it get a good sear, sprinkle a little of the course salt and a quick dip in the sauce and put the whole piece straight into your mouth hole. Trust. It is ....eye-closing delicious. #2 - Chicken Katsu curry. You get the same sides as the Gyu Katsu, minus the wasabi. There's white rice, seaweed salad, macaroni salad, and shredded cabbage. The chicken it cooked to perfection, tender and moist. The breading well done, staying on the chicken through the dipping and eating process. Along with your decided Katsu meat, if curry chosen, you get a boat of curry. The curry was good, no modification Can be dove really, but in my opinion not necessary. I would drink it if it wasn't seen as obnoxiously disgusting. Anyway, if you're looking to get more custom Japanese curry, try Coco Ichibanya. Look it up. Overall, everything came out at a very timely manner, fresh and delicious. It is also such a fun and engaging food-sperience!
