He let me know that he agreed and got to work on redoing 2 fillings and my deep cleaning. During the procedure, he told me that he noticed some residual from my Invisalign (that I had done about 9 years ago!!) and he polished it off. How did my previous dentists throughout the years not notice?? With my kids, he had my son (8) take x-rays with his assistant while he cleaned my daughter's (4) teeth. He was so loving with words of encouragement on how well she was doing. He let her choose the flavor of the toothpaste. My husband questioned why he should be charged when the crown had already failed twice within a very short period. It seemed reasonable to expect the office to stand behind their work. Instead, Angie stated that the crown came off because he had not been consistent with his dental checkups. I found that comment both unprofessional and inappropriate. As mentioned, we only sought treatment at this office because it was an emergency and our regular dentist was unavailable after hours. My husband routinely receives his cleanings and dental checkups throughout the year. As a Director in the customer service industry, I would never speak to a client in that manner or make assumptions about their personal habits without knowing the facts. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation was handled. The lack of accountability and the way we were treated left a very negative impression. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this office.
