We love it! We met the owner, and he was super friendly. He spent time conversing with my 8 year old son, and even offered the restaurant as a location for his next birthday party. My family always talks about "That One Spot" so yesterday I thought I would check it out! The cashier, Carl, was amazing. He was so friendly and recommended different dipping sauces to go with my fries. I got an amazing burger that had goat cheese on it "that other burger" and my husband got a basic burger "that one burger" he added a second patty to it. The second we took our first bite we both couldn't finish. They were devoured! We couldn't put them down. We got fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings. The fries were very fresh!! The sweet potato fries were good, but the onion rings were just ok. While they came out hot there was nothing special about them, you could tell they are not hand breaded and they definitely came pre frozen from a bag. With all of there other items being fresh fun ingredients I thought their onion rings would be fresh made there. Nbd though, next time I will order the fries because they are really yummy! I also got the salmon chowder, I had to return it because it had a large amount of oil on top. It was the end of the night so maybe my serving was from the bottom of the pot. If I could leave negative star reviews I would this place is disgusting. Most of my family and MY DOG got sick eating their food. The two who didn't get sick only didn't because they refused to eat it. We ordered take out. It's the only food that my whole family ate that night. My daughter, husband, and I got food poisoning from eating burgers that were probably cross contaminated. We had given leftover meat patties to my dog who vomited and has diarrhea as well. My husband called the lost and confused staff and demanded a refund. The lady said she had never had to refund someone before and didn't know how to do it. She was going to talk to the owner and let us know. The owner refused. He wanted me to prove that we all got sick by dragging my whole family to the doctor and my dog to a vet to show him that we were sick before he would refund our $50 dinner. Apparently they don't believe that I had to get up at 4:30 a.m. to clean vomit from my hallway where my 6 year old puked all the burger she ate. Twice. Because she kept puking till there was nothing left. I had to go to work and didn't get anymore sleep despite being nauseous and sick as well. Yes, that's how much he cares. I hope this post costs him more than $50. We are reporting him to the board of health. Go to BurgerFi. Burgers were good. My only complaint is that when we were dining inside, the smoke from the grill got so bad that we could not fully enjoy our meals. That is the only thing keeping me from coming back. The fan and ventilation definitely has to be fixed. read more

The dining room reminds me of a hospital cafeteria, but when the food is that good, you can let atmosphere slide I suppose. Just finished lunch at That One Spot. I'm really impressed! My husband got the crunch burger with onion rings and I got the "that other burger" with sweet potato fries. Both burgers were really really good. I'm sort of picky with onion rings, I hate when you bite into one and the entire onion comes out of the breading. These onions rings did not do that. There weren't any tables inside but the outside is covered well and they have large fans going so we were very comfortable. Also liked how someone came out to ask us how our food came out (this doesn't happen much in a seat yourself type restaurant) and they came out and took our trays when we were finished. We went this past Friday as our first visit and it was WOW!!! My husband got the BB Burger that has brisket and I believe mine was the Slaw Burger with red cabbage slaw, horseradish sauce, and bacon. Let me say these burgers are done right, cooked to order, and delicious. The buns they use are fresh and the perfect size to compliment the burger without being too bready. We ordered the onion rings and fries as our sides, and I have to give it to restaurant that does homemade fries and can make them with crisp and not soggy. And the freaking best French fries I've had in awhile. Staff was really attentive and friendly. I saw the salmon burger and I'm interested to try it next. This used to be our favorite burger spot! Not anymore. Prices are outrageous and now they even charged me for extra condiments. $7.95 is a little steep for just a burger. At least give fries with it. I ordered an order of onion rings he even asked me what size. Never rang them up. When i got our burgers I inquired about the onion rings didn't realize he never rang them up. They told me they would make me some and i could pay on my way out. Ok wouldn't i want my onion rings with my burger?!
