I had a rolling island in the RV they never secured it. It fell over and went through the wall. they also cut off the awning light that went underneath. It never put it back on it just threw it inside. The RV. Travel Trailer had a black awning on it. They said they ordered it. They called me said ordered the wrong awning. It's white to black which I didn't want, but I need my Travel Trailer back because I was living in it. at the time in the middle of selling my house and waiting for my new to on it's . Then they up charging me $1400 and they wouldn't charge me tax. That was my big discount.when contacting them then they kept saying that the manager would get back to me which never did six days later the guy that towed the trailer was on the phone saying they have no manager and he started yelling at me and telling me it was my problem my fault I should've had everything closed up. They did not want to fix anything in the Travel Trailer. I told them I'm gonna call the Better Business Bureau. They said they didn't care do it and that they're not refunding any money. Their customer service is awful and so are they beware? in conclusion, I did report them to the Better Business Bureau.

Thank god I had stopped or I could've been driving for hours with the panel open. I called to tell them and a nasty woman told me "stuff happens".
