    Stuffed flounder

First time at That's Amore tonight and won't be my last. Great service and great food. I am not one to order seafood out often as i like it but don't love it. They have a great selection of seafood and seafood pasta dishes. My daughter ordered flounder franchise, i ordered stuffed flounder and my friend ordered chicken piccata. My dish was excellent. My friend was cutting her chicken with a fork it was that tender. I have to say it is the best BYOB restaurant i have ever been to.

Chef Pete and his friendly and attentive staff provide a comfortable, casual venue to enjoy authentic Italian cuisine. Light music fills the air along with the aromas of truly delicious dishes. The charred octopus appetizer was perfectly cooked and quite tender and delicious. The salads were refreshing and the pasta and seafood were divine. Service was helpful and friendly. The tiramisu and gelati were outstanding. This is a BYOB that you can enjoy a good meal for an affordable price. We look forward to returning again.

That's Amore. Cozy. Great Food. Great People.

We went back again tonight. Always great food. Super friendly staff. Also, very nice music selections on the overhead speakers. Subtle, not too loud, just right. Thanks again. See ya soon.

Came here tonight to celebrate my wife's birthday with my MIL and it was really unexpectedly great. Food: from front to back it was amazing. The bread is made by the chef and tastes just right, the antipasto was filled with unexpected things (in a good way), i had the shrimp fra diavolo which was the perfect blend of shrimp, pasta, and spicy. My wife really loved her chicken parm and my MIL loved the stuffed flounder (not shown. Service: our waitress, Kelly, was super kind an patient with us on a crazy stormy evening. Everyone was timely and felt perfectly paced. Aesthetic: adorable place with small number of seats and everything, including the tiling, seems very well maintained

I have always passed by That's Amore Trattoria in between errands but have never walked in until this past weekend. I regret not going in sooner and enjoying the food. It feels like you are transported to Italy and are enjoying a delicious, home cooked meal. It was a cute atmosphere with Italian decor. The service was impeccable and the owner and chef came out to check in on us and talk. We ordered the rice balls with the bolognese sauce and calamari as starters. They were both full of flavor and delicious! My party and I ordered different entrees such as penne vodka, a classic cheese pizza, lemon flounder, and a salmon shrimp special with a flat rigatoni. All of them were filled with flavor and didn't feel heavy or salty. The portions were appropriate and we finished the food. The dessert was also top notched. The chef just made the chocolate mousse cake a few moments before we arrived and we knew we had to get it. It did not disappoint. I highly recommend going to try the food and I can't wait for our next visit!

It was one of the lazy evenings where I did not feel like cooking and did some take out from That's Amore. While I will say take out was tasty, the meal would have been better if I sat down in the restaurant and enjoyed the nice ambiance and friendly service. Picked up near the dinner time rush and restaurant was busy. Those who were coming in, all had reservations. Would definitely try making reservations for larger groups to ensure you get a table. One thing I do appreciate in restaurants is the B.Y.O.B. option. Always a nice option to bring your own favorite bottle and not get stuck with a glass of wine that you may not enjoy. With that, this was just from my initial observations Started with Calamari. While normally not a takeout item, I am super close so took a gamble. Calamari was still tasty when i ot home. Also ordered Chicken parm dinner which was served with salad or pasta. I opted for pasta. Dinner itself was also tasty and made for an overall great meal. While the food was great, I was somewhat disappointed in the overall portion size to what I paid for the meal. I should note no prices are displayed on the menu whixh is always a clue the meal may be procey Chicken Parm is always a great dinner and usually I am stuffed with a snack afterwards. While I clearly devoured the meal, there were no leftovers for a snack. Would definitely recommend going there and eating In person to have an enjoyable evening woth some good food.

Wifey and I have wanted to try That's Amore for years...since they opened...but for some reason we never did-until last night. It was just the two of us on a hot date and luckily we were hungry and arrived early. Greeted at the door by the very friendly owner we were seated immediately. As we looked over the menu our waitress opened our bottle of wine (it's BYOB) and poured for us. We had read up on what was great here so we had to start with the bruschetta and it was the greatest bruschetta I've EVER eaten. Wow, I'd come back just for this. They also give you bread with some seasoned olive oil so this was a high carb, high gluten night. For our meal we ordered a side of meatballs (heard great things) and they were VERY good - made with a three meat combo of beef, veal, and pork). Really tasty and they also make a very good sauce. Wifey ordered the shrimp parmesan with a side of pasta. When I saw they had veal saltimbocca I asked if they'd make it with chicken and they obliged (also with a side of pasta). Very nice portion size that allowed us to take home lunch for the next day. Both our meals were tasty, well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Since we took home leftovers we had room for dessert so we split Lemoncello cake...and it was WOW. Light with lots of big flavor. We really loved this place. Nice simple traditional Italian menu options, very cute decor, service was excellent and the prices are reasonable. Get here early because the place fills up quick. Dress is relaxed casual-jeans and a collared shirt...there were even people in jeans and sweatshirts, but other dressed kind of nice. Parking lot is tight, but it's just too great a place for that to matter.

    Don't miss the specials!!

Pros: Our food was very good and well packaged. My wife loved her Nonna's Pizza. The staff was nice and helpful. Cons: Two things were missing from our order. Check the meals before you leave. I ordered the meal on the Slice app. It said it would be ready at 6:23. I had to wait another 10 minutes for the order. Overall, there was much more positive than negative.

I was in the mood for Italian food, so we decided to give this place a shot. I called ahead to check availability, and I'm glad I did! We didn't have a reservation, but thankfully the manager let us know that they'd have a table ready for us around 7:20pm (it was roughly 7pm when I called). My husband and I were just down the street, so we decided to go ahead and make our way there. Once we got seated, we were quickly greeted by our server, Mike. He was very attentive and friendly! We later learned that it was his second day on the job, which we found shocking as he did such a great job! As for the food... I'll be honest, I was a bit disappointed. I ordered the Eggplant Parmigiana (my favorite Italian dish) and my husband ordered the Risotto Primavera. The Eggplant Parmigiana was not crispy at all, which was super disappointing! It had a great flavor, but I prefer a crispy texture so this didn't really hit the spot for me. It came with linguini noodles with tomato sauce, which was very bland. Whatever sauce they used did not have a great taste to it. As for the Risotto Primavera...it had a RICH flavor to it. My husband said "it's good, but not good enough to order again". I, on the other hand, didn't like it as I thought it was just too rich in taste. The food wasn't the best, but I'm giving them 4 stars because the overall service was fantastic! Everyone was so attentive, helpful and friendly, from the host to our server to the manager. It's rare these days to find a team where everyone is pitching in and happily doing so!

The staff is lovely, attentive without being overbearing, and helpful with recommendations or things to try. All the food is fantastic but what we got this night was: - Calamari (forgot to take a photo it was so good), which are large rings lightly battered accompanied by a gravy boat size holder of spicy marinara sauce. - Special: Homemade meat lasagna - MASSIVE and covered with lots of meat sauce. Unless you have a bottomless pit of a stomach, you will be taking half of this home. - Special: Chicken pecan - unique and fantastic. Two large pieces of chicken along with mashed potatoes and broccoli. - Chicken parm- the pro tip is to get it with vodka sauce instead of marinara. Trust me. You won't regret it. - Rigatoni Torino- their pink vodka sauce is the place to be so that with the peas and crumbled sausage is *chef's kiss*. As an FYI, they do have a gluten free pasta in case that's needed (it's only in penne form, if you care). Fantastic meal.
