If you've never tried D9 but have had normal weed or D8, do NOT assume that you have a tolerance for D9, and don't try to make any translation between how much you take of your usual product, and how much D9 you should have. I made a random stop here, before returning to my car on a Sunday. A security guard will greet you at the door and obtain your ID and information ahead of time. There's a QR code to access the menu, but I mentioned I'd prefer to talk to a "bud" tender in person, instead of just relying on the virtual menu. When I went up to the cash register, there was also a paper menu to look at and I always like to bounce my ideas with whoever works at a place like this to get ideas. Gummies can be so hit or miss, so I didn't really know what to expect...I paid $77 for this jar, along with an 8oz. infused slushee. I think the price is OK, but a bit pricy? I think as a first-timer, having some sort of a freebie would have been a nice gesture to offer and usually is the case. The staff who was serving me was great & friendly, and the man who greeted me and my friend into the store was kind at first, even telling me to bring my pup in next time! I got a pistachio cold brew, and it was fine. While we were heading out, I asked the greeter how to redeem a lollipop I won at a market the past weekend using their freebie wheel. I was told at the fair that it was added to my account, so I just need to show up to their store and redeem it in person! He proceeded to act like he had no idea what I was saying and was being extremely rude for no reason. He kept asking for a ticket or physical proof, but I was told I could redeem it in the store with my number as it was linked to my account. Harlem location while nice and fun looking and most of the staff seem to be nice and helpful. My self and my husband went in one night maybe 5 minutes before closing just try to grab something for the night. Immediately when we walk in an old black woman tells us very sternly we close in 5. We're like okay thanks we don't plan on sitting. We look at menu, we talk to staff, and we make it to register where she proceeds to now lean between me and my husband to loudly ask the gentleman behind the register WHAT TIME IS IT? He responded and she starts to rush all revenue out the door. A couple was seated and have a nice evening and she starts pushing at them, a couple behind us was also being rushed and the staff seemed annoyed. I love the idea and I love going here and I started to tell people about it until that unpleasant day. I have chosen not to go back or send future business. Really used to enjoy coming here, but one of their security guards has made my friends and me uncomfortable enough to leave without buying anything. He claimed my friend had "attitude issues" and threatened to kick us out and ban us. The first "attitude issue" was when my friend tried to clarify a misunderstanding between him and our other friend - the misunderstanding was caused by the guard not having enough patience to listen to our friend, who doesn't speak English. Not once did he mention an issue with our "attitudes" then. Tonight, we walked in and my friend had her hood up. He asked her to take off her hood. After a second, she said "what? Oh, okay" and took off her hood. A few minutes later, he said she gives him too much attitude when she comes in and if it happens again, we're getting banned.
