With two young kids in the house, I was overwhelmed with toys, laundry, dishes and clutter! For years I used a traditional housekeeper that came once a week for a few hours. Only to be disappointed and feeling as if I'd thrown $120 away the next day when the toys were scattered and it looked as if my home had never been cleaned! Other days it's bathrooms, dishes and floors. Whatever I need help with, they do it all! The short (1 hour), yet frequent visits keep my house tidy and clean. I feel as if a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders! I'm spending the same amount of money as I did with the traditional housekeeper but I'm exponentially happier!! We have been using The 30 Buck Tidy up for about 8 weeks now and we can't live without it. We have a regular cleaner that comes every Friday, so once a week to do a major reset for us. Before finding 30 Buck we would be suffering through the last half of the week. Now we get a nice reset each morning, Mon-Thurs and it's so worth it. Its worth every penny. read more

What a great idea! I've been using Marlee's service for about a month now and it is a total Godsend. My cleaner, Celeste, comes 3 mornings a week and tidies the tornado my 3 kids leave behind. She also folds and puts away a huge mountain of laundry once a week. I still have a traditional cleaner who comes once a week to do a deep clean but I think if you had a small/moderate sized home you could replace your traditional cleaner with this service. What I love about this service, which I find lacking in most housecleaners, is that she actually puts toys/stuff away in their proper spots instead of piling them up and cleaning around them. If there were 6 stars I'd easily hand it over. It's a shame this only goes to 5. Marlee has changed my life in only a week. Am I being dramatic? NO. As a mom of young twins I'm called to wear many hats and therefore am pulled in many directions and therefore many of my duties weren't being completed. There wasn't enough time for everything, and I didn't want someone to be in my house all day just to have the family wreck it by the next week. The concept of a one hour service is genius. It's like having an extra set of hands, and/ or another person on the team in the house. Quick, efficient, thorough and professional. I love $30 Tidy Up! Our girl works so fast and gets a TON done in just an hour or two a day. I have her come 2 hrs every day so we can do general pickup, resetting the kitchen, put away laundry, and a little deeper cleaning each day. This is better than having someone come for a long day just once every two weeks and always being behind in the work. I also like that she is in and out fast so I have my house to myself for the rest of the day. It's so great to come home to a super clean kitchen with all the counters and floor cleared of clutter. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! They will even help organize the garage and recycling, etc. We have a two story house and two young kids so there's a lot to do. read more

I found this service while looking for a more conventional cleaning service. I love the concept of more frequent cleaning to help me keep up and let me focus on spending more quality time with my family. Morgan has a great sense of order and seems to magically put rooms back together. The service is very flexible, and she looks to address whatever my concerns in the house are. This is an awesome service! I have two kids and 3 dogs and I can never catch up, but this has been so incredibly helpful!!!!! My house stays looking tidy and laundry doesn't pile up. My 3 year has the ability to destroy the house in 30 seconds so having them come 3 times a week is great! This service is a lifesaver for the busy family (or any busy individual, for that matter!). Dominique is excellent -- she comes over for one hour three days a week (MWF) while I put my kids down for their naps, and she tidies up our house. "Tidy up" doesn't do it justice, though--not only does she put away the toys and things lying around, but she cleans, does dishes, and folds laundry. As a mom of two small kids, it is so nice having an extra set of hands to help keep the house clean and tidy on a regular basis (versus a traditional cleaning service that comes every couple weeks or so). My favorite days of the week are the days Dominique comes! Before I found this service, I said I wished i could find someone who could come over and just help clean things up for a little bit of time each day. You can imagine my joy when I found out such a service existed! The cost is absolutely fair; I always feel like I'm getting more than enough "bang for my buck." I swear Dominque can do in one hour what it would take me double or triple the time to do, especially with little kids running around. Before finding this service, it seemed like nearly all of my awake time when my kids were napping or asleep at night was spent cleaning, leaving me with little time for much else. I highly recommend this service to anyone who needs or would appreciate assistance keeping your house in order. I would've used such a service even before I had kids, back when my husband and I were both working long hours; it would've been awesome to have someone help us with tidying and laundry throughout the week versus using what little spare weekend time we had. Let me tell you how happy I am with this innovative approach to house keeping! I have a husband, 3 kids and a dog, and as you can imagine my house spends most of it's time looking like a hurricane swept through it. I am very neat and clean, yet it is almost impossible to keep up after everyone. I have a house keeper come every 2 weeks to deep clean the whole house, yet my husband and I often complain to each other that the house only stays neat for an hour after the housekeeper has left! I'm happy knowing everything is clean, but I want it tidy too. On the days the housekeeper comes I don't even want to make dinner because I don't want to mess up the clean. And then along came Morgan and 30 Buck Tidy Up. Morgan comes to my house MWF for an hour. She does anything and everything I ask her. She does laundry, dishes, wipes down surfaces, bathrooms, sweeps, vacuums, mops, literally anything that needs to be done. She even cleaned out my refrigerator. All of this wasn't done in 1 hour, of course, she tackles different chores each time she comes. Morgan is fast and efficient and really friendly. It is a pleasure having her in my house and now my house is tidy several days a week. It so refreshing for me and my husband to enjoy our tidy house. This is a total lifesaver! Morgan W. tidies my home and always does an amazing job. I leave a list of items to be done and Morgan gets through the whole list each time! I come home each day to a clean and tidy house. I have only had the service for a week and a half, but I can already feel the difference! As a working mom I was rushing every morning and night to get the urgent things done - the never ending laundry since my toddler is potty training, and the dishes that are always piled up, just so I can put together a meal. Then on Saturday I would spend the day getting through the backlog of chores. Now, I have my Saturdays back! I NEVER write reviews but after my experience yesterday, I'd like to save your precious hour of life you'll never get back long story short, I'm a working military spouse who's husband is deployed with an infant at home and really needed the help of a cleaner/maid to keep the house together I asked the cleaner to clean 2 bathrooms, when she left there were fingerprints still on the mirrors, trash left in the bathroom trash cans, toilet was untouched all she did was "tidy" up the counter also my downstairs is hardwood so I asked her to sweep and (I watched her because I was downstairs with my child) she managed to only sweep one tiny strip of my kitchen and left the entire rest of the floor unswept it was truly unbelievable, if you're looking for a little, cute, small touch of tidy these are your people if you're looking for CLEAN, and sanitization run and find another company these people do NOT know the definition of clean whatsoever I was HIGHLY upset and frustrated when they left like what did you even do this whole hour? We have been using Marlee's cleaning and nannying services for about 8 months, and we've found she is the key to having our household run smoothly! I couldn't recommend her more highly, and don't know what I would do without her! She cleans and tidies our house for us for an hour every day before she picks up our daughter from preschool, and it is so surprising the amount of work she can get done in that time. She does all our dishes, all our laundry, tidies up our mess of a family room/kitchen, as well as the playroom and my daughter's bedroom and bathroom. With a four year old, my house used to look like a bomb hit it every day, and I was embarrassed to have people come over, but now the place always looks presentable in case we're having friends over or hosting a playdate. She's super hardworking and really flexible to your unique needs, so she has been able to add in some really helpful things like watering our houseplants or helping put away holiday decorations. She is also a fantastic after school nanny - our daughter is totally in love with her and has so much fun doing activities with her. Marlee has boundless energy (to match my daughter!) as well as being sweet and considerate, and she communicates really well with us to make sure that we're always on the same page.
