I have been coming here since January and I can not recommend this place enough!! I had really bad cystic acne for YEARS and finally had some extra money to address it. The last time I'd been treated by a doctor with prescription drugs, my face exploded in bad reactions. It was awful. So I was super cautious and overly communicative about my concern. My esthetician, Bri (she is AMAZING!!) absolutely took all of my concerns seriously and educated me on my skin, the products, and the treatments. Within two weeks I began feeling a difference and within a month I began seeing a difference. Now, I'm getting comments like "wow your skin looks so much better!" Lol. I still have a ton of scarring which I'm looking into other treatments for but overall my breakouts are gone an the texture of my skin is soooo much better. The products they recommend are amazing and I'll never use anything else again. So grateful for this place! I had the Relax & Rejuvenate facial by Annelien and was it wonderful! My skin is just over 50, and so, thankfully, I'm not dealing with breakouts anymore, but I sure am dealing with a bit of rosacea and sebaceous hyperplasia. She explained every product that she was using on my face and why. (It was a cornucopia of wonderful smells, by the way!) I'm the type that normally doesn't like massages and such, but Annelien made me feel so relaxed and comfortable right away. She has a very gentle and soft touch, but also knows just when to apply a little more pressure. She had some product recommendations, but was not AT ALL hard-sell. I've been coming here strictly for facials. I have terribly dry skin and this back and forth weather btwn hot and cold has done a serious number to my face. I did some research before I came here and I'm glad I made the decision to come. The atmosphere is great and very serene. I set up an appt with Carly and she gave me paperwork which asked me to list any facial products I used. She then proceeded to explain the good and the bad of each product I listed. I've gotten a facial from Carly twice now and I actually just booked an appt for this Tuesday and I am hyped to get back! The first two facials were great and relaxing, the first one was actually so comfortable I almost fell asleep and the second one of course was just as great but I was so preoccupied w our great conversation, all I could do was laugh during my entire appt! I'm so glad I found this place! I started getting pretty bad acne about 2 years ago and I didn't want to go on Accutane or birth control because of the many negative side effects. I have tried everything there is out there other than those two things and nothing worked. Ashley has made my skin dewy, healthy, smooth, less pigmented, and clearer since I started going here. The products are pretty pricey which is a bummer, but they really do work! The staff there is so genuine and it's a place where I feel completely comfortable showing my bare face which is something I'm pretty self-conscious​ of. I love this place. I have been dealing with terrible acne for six years. I have done accutane, doxycycline, and every other oral and topical acne treatment there is. I saw little to no results. After five months my acne began to disappear. I have been doing there program for eight months now and my acne is nearly gone. This place is phenomenal! I came in with so much acne as well as acne scars! (My scars were dark red/purple) my esthetician is Annelien! She is always so happy and is always incredibly kind. She transformed my face and always had my best interest at heart. My acne is COMPLETELY gone and my scars lightened up dramatically. This place changed my life and I am so so happy I found it! The price is very affordable compared to other acne and clinics! Annelien took the time to really get to know my skin and how/what to do to best fit my needs. I can't say enough good things about this place. A few months ago I was suffering from a horrible breakout--the worst I've ever had in my life. It was a result of some supplements I was taking. I searched high and low for solutions to get rid of the acne. I looked into dermatologists, pricey laser places, etc. None of them appealed because they were either too pricey or used methods that seemed ineffective. I was delighted when I came across Flawless Face & Body because of their specialty with acne. I did not do the acne program because I do not suffer from cystic acne; this was just a result of the supplements I had been talking. I booked a corrective facial with Shannon and it was amazing. The place is clean & serene. She truly listened to my needs while making sure she had a full understanding of my skincare regimen and type. She did not push any products, although I asked for suggestions in order to take something home that would help in between facials. After the second facial, with continued use of the few products I purchased from there, my skin has been blemish free and back to normal, if not better. I am really excited to go in for my third facial next week now that my skin is clear, so I can focus on making it look even brighter and better than it already does. What I can appreciate most about this place is that they are results-oriented, and truly tailor each facial to your skin's needs. Nicole is a down to earth, educated skin professional, not an average esthetician. She has a pleasant yet no-nonsense approach, and I thoroughly enjoyed learning from her as she explained the likely culprits behind my adult acne and not-so-healthy-looking skin. Nicole adapted my treatment to fit my particular needs, and I could practically feel the pores of my skin do a happy dance as they were opened, bathed in TLC, and finally given a chance to breathe. I also liked that Nicole recommended products that would be useful to me but did not at all come across as a sales rep for some product line. Her focus is clearly helping her client's skin be as healthy as it can be. My daughter was suffering from severe acne and scarring. We took her to a dermatologist for a few years and didn't like the idea of her taking antibiotics anymore, which weren't working anyway. Then they suggested hormones which I really didn't want. None of the face washes they recommended worked. None of the natural concoctions that my daughter learned from the internet worked. My daughter's friends were suffering from horrible side affects of accutane and knew I didn't want her touching that stuff. We came to The Acne Spot and they definitively told her they would clear her up in 3-4 months if she followed the regimen. I thought, "How can they say that, how do they know they can?" Well it's because they don't do the same thing to every patient. They study your face and get to know what it is doing and how is reacting to different things. My daughter's skin is flawless. She might get a few minor zits here and there but it's never a big deal. Her scarring and redness are gone. Looking back at her before pictures, I can't even believe she ever looked like that. My daughter has never had acne but she recently went vegan and I think stress of going cross country in a few weeks for college brought on some breakouts. Thank goodness she got in to see Jennifer.
