I showed her a picture of what I wanted and the color came out splotchy and uneven. I was getting an ombre and there are spots in my hair that are bleach blonde and some that are a brassy light brown. I also still have dead ends in my hair and you can barely tell that I got it done. All this for almost $200 and I spent over 2 hours there. It is a nice, cute place and the girls are nice but I will not be returning.

They just didn't care it went straight into her pocket over $1400 was spent at this salon , that is highway robbery if u ask me, they cannot justify products or labor because there wasn't any. Even though, I was not sure of the type of hair cut I wanted, she walked me through the hair cut. Secondly, she made sure of what I wanted by "gelling" my hair because I usually gel my hair. The ceiling is gorgeous and open-air up to the wooden rafters and there's a ton of natural light pouring in from all directions. The staff is great - really friendly and attentive, never makes you feel uncomfortable, and has taken me on last minute appointments more than once, staying past closing time. My first visit was for a little spa-party with some girlfriends where we all got combinations of manis, pedis, and massages - and it was a wonderful day. They made sure we were all kept engaged with each other and timed it just right so we weren't all sitting around waiting for the last girl to finish up (no one ever wants to be that girl). They let us bring in finger sandwiches and mimosas and all that stuff that makes a spa morning fun. I've been back a few times since and have always enjoyed it. I don't know if they actually remember me or if they take great notes - but either way, it's a great business plan to ask me about whatever it was I talked about last time, and it makes me feel special and important every time I visit. My one regret is that Lotus isn't a little cheaper... or I'd be there more often! Not to say you aren't getting what you pay for, I just wish I could spoil myself more often I guess. My color always turns out rich and beautiful, my cut is always flattering and the price is always very reasonable. I have extremely long and very thick hair which can be both difficult to color and style, and she always does a flawless job while making me laugh the entire time i am there.
