Roland never mentioned anything about any other price and I told him it's in the 3rd floor attic. Was supposed to come at 8AM but never came until I messaged him asking where he was but said they were tied up and will come later at 3pm. Should've cancelled there but Matt came and did all the work. He said it'll be $285 and I said it's supposed to be $85 and he had to call Roland to figure it out. Roland says they would never do that price for tankless flush and descale and need to charge extra for being in the attic even though I told him it's in the 3rd floor attic and he never mentioned any other price. He said the $85 is for flush only and not descaling the water heater and they would do me a favor by dropping the price to $175 from original price. Went to his website and it shows they have a special for $129 for water heater descale on their tankless water heater page so the special price still not correct. Find out the price before you have to pay more and telling you bunch of excuses. Matt came with a descaling solution and bucket so he knew it was for descale. If Roland thought it was only for flush he would've told Matt it was only for a flush and no need to bring vinegar for descaling.

Jose answered and set me up with Rolando. Rolando came on Thursday. He discovered that the Drain Pipe going to the main line was completely clogged. This pipe was underneath the house at the crawlspace. He also discovered that shower was leaking from the top level to the crawlspace. He stated that the grout is cracked causing the water to seep in and out. He quoted me $1700 to fix everything. Meaning changing and replacing the clogged shower drain pipe to the main pipe. Regrouting the shower tiles. I agreed, set up the 2nd schedule for Friday 03.06.2026. Rolando took about 4 to 5 hours to fix everything. He was a young man with experience. Changed drain pipe and regrouted! I dont know much about piping. I am ignorant when it comes to pricing. It just had to get done. I had no time for 2nd quotes. Finger crossed I wasn't overcharged lol. Overall, I would call back for piping service. This is the 2nd time I called this company. First time was my kitchen sink that was clogged. The good thing is I have 90 days of warranty from the time of fix. I really dont know if I still have problems to call back the plumber. The only way to really find out is to crawl underneath the house. Overall, pleased with uncertainty. So far so good.
