I am restoring a negative review I left some months back that miraculously disappeared. They quoted me $750 for a hydro jet process on my main sewer pipe. They showed up with a small unit they wheeled out of their van. They spent a lot of time because their unit could not remove the blockage. They charged me $1650 for the time, with the blockage still there, which I should have refused but I believed the lies they told me about it being an issue at the city side of the pipe. So I contacted the city - they came out promptly but confirmed it was on "my" side of the pipe. I ended up calling another plumber with a truck mounted unit that cleared it in 45 minutes for $500. These guys owe me a refund of $900 for showing up and charging me extra because they don't have the right equipment or expertise. At the time I posted my review there were other negative reviews on here that have also strangely disappeared. Take all the positive reviews with a grain of salt. read more

In May on 2022 we contracted with Eduardo to install earth quake valves on a triplex and a duplex. We paid our deposit and Eduardo installed 3 earthquake valves on the triplex. We paid him for the work done. Earth quake valves require permits and we were very clear that we wanted permits. We wanted the permit before we were going to go ahead with the duplex. Since Eduardo had not gotten the permit for the triplex we hired another plumbing contractor in March of 2023 for the duplex. He finished the job including the permit and inspection in about 2 weeks. In May of 2023 Eduardo applied for the permit. One year after he did the work. It took 2 inspections for the installation of the earth quake valves to be approved. Eduardo then charged us $375 for the permit which we paid. He charged $85 per earth quake valve and $120.00 for labor to get the permits. We found out that the total cost from the city of the 3 earth quake valves was $98,10. We were willing to pay an extra $120.00 to get the permits but not the inflated cost for the permit. We asked for a refund of $150.00 which he ignored. When we spoke to him regarding the $375.00 payment he asked what about the other job.
