In a town with not even half a dozen food options, I probably picked the worst one.
The food is mediocre. It's made pretty well, but this is very much one of those places that tries to be different for the sake of being different. Given that their competition is an old bar and hotel, this is a weird choice that makes just eating that granola bar you packed a whole lot more appealing. I didn't actually like a single thing I got.
Despite this, this place was packed, and it was LOUD. The entire restaurant is a medium sized room with no barriers or sections and a hallway leading to bathrooms, and it was probably the loudest I've ever been to. They have outdoor seating, but seem reluctant to use it for some reason. Skipped out on dessert just to get away from the rude and sickly guests, and taking the hint from everything else I ordered that it would probably be bad too.
Servers were okay. One girl in particular had a demeanor and courtesy to her that ended up being the only real positive of my time here. But, tending to my water needs isn't enough, even if done well. Wish I read the reviews instead of picking a place based on food scarcity of the area.
