Service is great, the food is wonderful and very creative. You can actually get a full and balanced…read moremeal here. The beers offer a large selection of types. There are even alcohol-free beers. And other soft drinks. So your designated driver won't feel too deprived. The noise level is quite high in the tap room. Weather permitting there is outside seating, but the menu outside is limited. There is preferred parking near the entrance for zero or low emission vehicles. Unfortunately, the electric vehicle charging ports are no longer in this location. The parking staff said the chargers are in a remote parking area. Never did find them, but fortunately did not need them. We arrived on Sunday around 1 pm and there was no wait. They do activate a waiting list when needed that you can get on as you drive there. Very few reservations are available. Maybe for large groups. But don't worry, they have a lot of seating and the tables turn over readily.

We had an amazing time here. This place is really much more than just your average brewery and I am…read moreso glad we stopped here on our way to Asheville. We came on a Tuesday afternoon after hitting a couple breweries in the Mills River area . The area that the taproom in is really beautiful with mature trees and it's a huge facility . We parked and walked inside and headed to the bar. I got a flight and my boyfriend got an IPA. I thought the beers were really good and I liked that there was some that you couldn't find anywhere else . We also ordered some duck fries that were so dang good . As we waited for our food , we went to do a self tour of the brewery and that was great to see the history of Sierra Nevada and the different rooms that the processing occurred in. After our food we cashed out and took the remainder of our beers to their outdoor area . Once you pass by their amphitheater you went down this trail towards a little river and we went farther still and there was this whole field of yard games and tables that you could sit and enjoy right next to the rushing river (French Broad River) . All the staff that we encountered with was very nice and knowledgeable. Just a really fun atmosphere to be in where even the staff looked like they were enjoying themselves . I would highly highly recommend stopping in!

Service and ambiance was successful, partly due to reservation ahead of time. I got the Broken Yolk…read moreSandwich (consisting of two fried eggs, bacon, tomato and mayo) on GF bread with feta instead of cheddar, with a side of breakfast potatoes. The potatoes were seasoned beautifully and had a nice little crisp to them. The sandwich was filled with flavors that worked like a brunch charm, and the bread was well-toasted. Overall, this place knows how to provide a good brunch.

He placed the plates in front of us randomly and when we asked what the plates were, he didn't answer. Not sure if he didn't know what they were or didn't hear us, but it happened multiple times and he would just randomly put the plates down in front of us without announcing what it was or ask who ordered what. We had to do musical chairs with the plates which felt really odd to be blatantly ignored. The Broken Yolk Sandwich was not what I was expecting. The egg was not runny despite the asterisk warning for consuming raw foods and its name. The sandwich felt heavy, especially with the mayo making it feel greasy. The avocado toast on the other hand was delightful. The two poached eggs on top had the perfect yolk that literally dripped down your hand and bread. The restaurant was very pet friendly. There were patrons with pets in the dining area. It felt like a nice family friendly place.
