We both LOVED our Contour facial w/Enzyme peel. Our skin which was in great need of a facial peel & workout looked amazing and like a baby afterwards. I've been getting facials since I was in junior high, and this was the best facial I've ever had. A friend of my highly recommended Arcona to me, and last month, I got the Organic Enzyme Peel with Victoria. My face was glowing for 2 weeks, and the facial itself was so relaxing. I've tried a few of their products now, and the smells are hit or miss. Some of their smells are so strong and artificial while others are very calming. I have purchased/used over the course of an extended period of time, Arcona cleansers, lotions, toners, balms. My local salon carries the line, where I have had facials and treated others to same, and gave the salon and the products a great writeup on yelp. Unfortunately, those days are over. Two stars for the actual contents of the products, which are terrific. Ridiculously extravagant packaging. Poor customer service: when I informed Arcona directly that 4 out of 6 of their pumps didn't work, I got the brushoff. So long, Arcona! read more

I was lucky enough to score an amazing Gilt offer for Arcona, and I went yesterday for facial contouring with Brandi. What a treat! The studio itself is lovely. This is not a huge spa facility so don't expect the bells and whistles such as showers/a sauna/etc. This is a bare bones operation but the space is warmly intimate and tastefully decorated. Brandi was knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't leave the room for the duration of my treatment, which is a rarity, and my skin looked noticeably different after. She also left my skin in such great condition that I was able to walk around in public immediately after. There have been many times that aestheticians have left product on my face and/or my skin red and irritated, so it was a pleasant surprise to leave looking far better than when I arrived. Brandi sent me home with some great Arcona samples, and I can tell I'll be converted in no time. For those that are new to Arcona, their line is 100% natural and truly is high quality. This is the place to go if you want great skincare with no frills. The only downside I can think of is that parking is HORRIBLE. Your best bet is to park at Santa Monica Place (I paid $1 for 2 hours) and walk 2 blocks over, but be aware that driving in this area can be a nightmare during peak hours. Be sure to leave ample time to park and get situated. read more

I just got my first customized Fruit Enzyme Body Treatment with Antonia at Arcona. Finally a facial for my body. Amazing. ( My husband even noticed!) Having assisted a plastic surgeon for 5 years, my standards are high. I'd noticed a girlfriend's fabulous summer glow, and she told me it was all thanks to this delicious concoction of fruit enzymes they slathered all over your body before they wrap you up like Cleopatra. It sounded amazing, so I booked an appointment right away. The girls at the front desk were wonderful, and Antonia performs a heavenly head and foot massage while the enzymes and fruit acids are polishing your skin. What an amazing experience! I started using Arcona products on the recommendation of the esthetician at Nordstrom South Park in Charlotte, NC. The line has definitely made an impression on me with their clean and highly effective products. I no longer live in Southern California but I was visiting family this summer and decided to make an appointment at the studio. The studio is beautiful and serene. Leah was my esthetician and she recommended the Purifying Oxygen Facial. I had some skin concerns I wanted to address and Leah assured me that she'd take of me. I've had several facials before but this one was different. Leah was consultative and explained how best to care for my skin. I left the studio with my skin glowing! I found out about Arcona while In CHICAGO In 2018 at the Ruby Room where they use Arcona exclusively for their facials. I was so impressed with the products and happened to be there for a special meet and greet with product and company owner Chanel Janea. She is wonderful and I have been a super fan of both her and the products since then. I get amazing facials with Chanel at the Arcona on Robertson in Beverly Hills. The new location is beautiful, convenient and on street parking is a breeze. I just walked out of my appointment with Chanel and I am compelled to write this review. "What grade are you in?" is a question I occasionally get asked. I attribute this question, in part, to the good work (of my girl, Debbie) and products at the ARCONA studio. The studio is so calming and serene, as are the products. Each night and day as I begin my ritual of five it almost is a ritual of smell and reminds me to begin and end on a good note. The studio and the facials are different than anything I have ever experienced. No extractions are necessary for the ARCONA to work (and boy do they ever). Firstly I have to start by saying It is very rare to find a spa who offers not only second-to-none treatments but whose staff are equally the most knowledgeable, caring therapists I have ever met. I have lived abroad and experienced a lot of different spa's but this one merits a mention. After a lot of researching, I booked a treatment for my husband's birthday. Danielle, the receptionist was really helpful in explaining the different treatments and suggesting which would be best for his skin needs. We had never been to Arcona but had read rave reviews and when we arrived, we were not disappointed. The spa is situated in a gorgeous building and upon entering, we were welcomed by the most delicious scents and calming ambiance. Danielle the receptionist, and my husband's therapist Brandi, greeted us so sincerely my husband thought I was a regular! We were offered water, hot tea and yummy almonds before Adam was whisked away to have his special treat. While he was being pampered I was offered a customized skin consultation by Danielle who took a good 30 min to go over my skincare concerns (even though I wasn't having a treatment) and offered me a range of samples to try. Having been a cosmetic consultant myself when I was younger, I thought 'oh here we go, is this the hard sell?", but it truly was not in any way pressurizing or uncomfortable. (In fact I am sat at my computer right now with the mask on that I was recommended.) Their products are INCREDIBLE! All natural, clean, effective and I have already been complimented on how glowing my skin looks. I will be returning this weekend to buy my first set of The Basic Five and booking my first Arcona Contouring Facial. The products and services are super reasonable and worth every penny. The Treatment - My husband floated out on a cloud of relaxation and glowing skin. He looked SO good! Having had the signature facial, he said it felt like he had had a full body massage it was so relaxing. Brandi is now his 'go-to' girl for all future skincare and gifts for friends and family. All his blackheads had been treated, his skin was smooth and hydrated and he had an all-encompassing glow about him. He said 'BEST TREATMENT EVER!' There are a lot of places to choose from in LA, unfortunately the attitude and sub-standard treatments on offer are all too common. Arcona offers EXCELLENT customer service and incredible products that need no introduction. The compliments speak for themselves. Thank you for an amazing experience, a very special birthday and for making both my husband and I feel like new people (having gone through a month of trying to sleep train our 7 month old baby). I've been using Arcona for a year or two now and my skin has never looked better, so when I found out that they have their own studio, I was thrilled. I got the brightening facial and my skin looked so good after that I was almost worried that my facialist put make up on me. Don't worry, she didn't - I checked ;). At first, I was a little bit worried because I'm allergic to pineapple and she told me that a lot of their stuff has pineapple in it and that she won't be able to use those products on me. I'm not sure what alternatives she used, but based on my results after, this didn't really seem to be a problem - my skin looks and feels great! read more

Came here with my sister in law for her bday gift and we both got facials. The spa was very posh, comfortable, organic, and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I had a fabulous facial done by Melissa who took time to explain about the products that i use and what would be best for my complexion. I loved the enzyme peel, it felt refreshing, and i really saw the difference over the following days. I loved that they don't do any extractions because it made my experience less stressful and more enjoyable. I have been using their products for two months now and its the best i've ever used. Not harsh on your skin and my skin feels & looks healthier. Arcona products are simply the best! I've been using them since the late '90s when I first was introduced to their line at the old Spa Mystique at the Century Plaza Hotel. I've been using their Toner Tea Bar and Solution for years and it's kept my face looking radiant, youthful, tight and toned. It is pricey, but you get what you pay for! You can find it online for 20% cheaper however. The ingredients are all natural, and once you realize how much garbage and parabens and chemicals are in your old skin care products, you will never go back! read more

Lovely atmosphere and wonderful facial and graceful and friendly staff I loved my facial which consisted of a refreshing organic fruit enzyme peel, an amazing signature contour which toned my face in an extraordinary way and made me look younger. I live and work in Hollywood where there is a terrible amount of aggregated pollution which causes the occassional scratchy red eyes and the inability to breath but after a while, I noticed my skin was starting to break out in the worst gremlin like bumps all over. Like worse than when I was a teenager. Any way, I went into Arcona today with a budget (their products are pricey but effective) and Gina kept me within budget and also sent me away with a generous amount of samples to try so I can build my regimen over time.
