Came here to try their waxing services after finding them on Groupon. Their hours are pretty limited if you work a regular 9-6pm job so I scheduled an appointment last minute when I decided I was going to leave work early on a Friday night. Luckily they were able to accommodate me 20 mins before they were closing (they close at 6pm) which was awesome since they're close to my office. There is metered street parking right in front of the shop but if you park around the corner, there is free 2 hour parking so definitely drive around to save some money. I found a spot pretty easily. The store itself is very clean and pretty. The waxing rooms are small but has everything you need to get in and out of a wax session. I forgot the name of my esthetician but she was really nice. I'm sure she can tell how nervous I was for my Brazilian. I just never get used to that feeling and it always scares me. Anyways, she was quick with the process which helped. The waxing didn't hurt as bad as I thought it would. I think it's because she said there was camomile in the wax which is supposed to be calming. She was also very good with tweezing out some strays and getting rid of some ingrowns at the end of the process. All in all, it was a great experience and I might make this my regular shop for my next waxing session! read more

I am writing a second review for a different person here. Stefani Cotright is a true artist. I've had her do Revanesse to help lift my face and plump my lips and it looks so natural that I feel like I did when I was in my 20's! I am also really picky about what I put in my face and body because I do a lot of on camera work and I am a holistic health and nutrition expert. What I love about this is the hyaluronic acid is something your body already makes! I'm at the point where I just go in and tell her to look at my face and do whatever she thinks I could benefit from because she has an amazing eye for detail and is so good at creating a natural look that I don't even worry about telling her what I think at this point LOL. It's also really nice to have somebody working on you who cares just as much as you do about the end result and is so highly skilled at her craft that you can just relax and let her do as she sees fit! Agree with most reviewers that this is a cute spa tucked away in BH. The service itself--got the job done--hair removal. However, during the process I realized that she did not use gloves and was providing the service bare handed during the waxing! At the end, she used a small amount of antibacterial and that was it!?! No water to rinse off her hands! Then she proceeded to touch money afterwards. I would have gone back for future services, but this unsanitary practice is not for me. read more

She quickly walked me in to the room, left for a minute, and came back in with her stuff, ready to GO. Like many other reviewers have mentioned, they are more about getting down to business and not so much making you comfortable. That's not to say that the customer service was bad - this is just how they roll. You're in, they get it done, and you're out smooth. I walked in at 12:05pm and was out by 12:25pm. The before and after pictures shows a difference but not sure if it tightened things on the inside. Waiting to see if the hubby can feel the diff. I haven't told him about the procedure yet. I split my time bw NYC and LA and always end up waiting until I'm in LA for my facials, because even in NYC I can't seem to find anyone who can give a cleansing facial and extract correctly like she does! The brazilian itself was almost painless (well, as painless as waxing can be!). I take 2 ibuprofen an hour before and that helps a lot!
