I got my eyebrows microbladed with shading by Mike Hogan. Let me tell you something, I had no business trying to draw or fill in my eyebrows before. They were an absolute wreck. One was higher than the other , I had a previous scar on eyebrow, and one had a higher arch.... they needed professional help. Mike had all the skills and knowledge that my eyebrows needed. He was very professional and everything was sterile and clean. It was completely painless I felt absolutely nothing and was very comfortable the entire time. The Artisan Parlor and specifically my stylist, Sol, is fantastic. I love the vibe at the salon, so friendly and chic. Sol is a terrific colorist and overall artist. She listens to your wants and finds a way to bring it to life without damaging your hair. I know that if I ever want to try something new, she won't hesitate to go there... but only if it's safe. It may take several sessions but I love that she prides herself in her work and my hair health matters to her. My hair always feels healthy and looks refreshed after a good color and cut with her. Amazing service! Alexis Pitt gave me partial highlights and a haircut and I really love how it came out! She didn't rush at all, she took her time to make sure it came out the exact way I wanted it to. I found this salon affordable too, compared to other hair salons I've been to in the past. I absolutely loved my experience with Jess cutting my hair, from walking in the door until the last look in the mirror. I've never had anyone really take the time to find out about what I like about my hair, what I didn't, my personality. I usually walk in only having a vague idea of how I want my hair cut and can never make my hair behave how the stylist can, but Jess walked me through all that and I could even text with a follow up question about product. I had my hair done by Raquel. She is a blonde specialist. Very talented and kind. One of the best in Southern California! She is a blonde specialist and has clients that travel all over to see her. My hair is almost black naturally. I had used to have henna in my hair when I way dying it black. I wanted to go to lighter and it was a process. I found out henna lifted has a blue tint that just doesn't go away. She helped me take it red during the transition then finally platinum. Amazing! read more
