Decent dinner options including vegetarian. Hummus plate is great. Spinach artichoke dip is pretty good too although the tortilla chips that came with it were underwhelming. Tomato bisque soup was a little too rich for me and had good flavor. Pricey but that is what you pay for convenience. Staff are friendly.

Went downstairs for breakfast and there we about 3 people in line. This is the only place to eat in the Marriott due to COVID. I ordered a breakfast burrito and a coffee. Got the coffee right away and the barista was super friendly. Unfortunately it took about 30 minutes for me to receive my breakfast burrito from the time I got in line. We are talking scrambled eggs, diced bacon, hash browns and cheese wrapped in a tortilla. No way that should take 25 minutes to make. And charging $15 for those simple ingredients is highway robbery. When I finally got my food it was a very good breakfast burrito. However I just can't get over the price and how long it took to prepare.

    So sad. Burnt steak.

Although the service was fine, the food was not. I ordered the steak medium-rare and it came out charred & well done. Absolutely horrid. I didn't have time to wait for another meal so I ate what was akin to extremely dry beef jerky along with charred green beans. Very disappointing.

This restaurant replaced Zebulon's Grille at the Marriott Hotel. The remodeled restaurant has a new look and menu and was a pleasant surprise. For my meal, I had the Herb Marinated Grilled Bison Ribeye Steak. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and delicious. The house salad, Yukon potatoes and broccoli were good too. For dessert I had a moist and delicious chocolate cake. Service was great too. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I will say we sat under the stairs so lady... be careful you can see right up peoples outfits when they are coming down. Should definitely consider tinting those windows. Food was delicious but large portions. Great if you are super hungry but for two girl friends we had a lot of extras. We ordered the: Garlic Truffle Fries Brussel Sprouts Artisan Bread Whiskey Sticky Ribs Bison Short Ribs Delicious but the ribs and fries were definitely my favorites... brussels sprouts were a close second. Waitress was great, made sure we were taken care of. Highly recommended coming here for a cute date night! Very dimly lite though so bring your glasses!! Overall 4.5 / 5 stars!

I have to admit that the ambience is really cool; you walk down into a basement to enter the restaurant, which used to be the city morgue, and while that's a little bit creepy, it gives the space a dark, velvety vibe that I think some people would really like. However, for a higher-end establishment, I found the service to be kind of spotty and not quite up to par. My biggest disappointment was the food, as we ordered two entrées to share and found both to be rather disappointing and honestly kind of bad, which was especially frustrating given how expensive they were. While it might have just been the specific dishes we chose, the combination of high prices, underwhelming food, and inconsistent service means I likely won't be back, even if the unique atmosphere was interesting to see once.

Plenty of horseradish but I especially like the chopped celery. My New York strip was tasty and cooked exactly to the temperature I ordered. The "European" flight wine paring was perfect. Service was great. Evan was polite and attentive despite doing double duty as bartender and server. However, for reasons unclear to me but a very common experience, it was a very long wait between the time I received the dessert menu and the time someone took my order. This happens too frequently, once the entree is delivered the server forgets the table. When it finally arrived, the fresh berries and cream dessert was disappointing. It seemed like the berries had been frozen rather than fresh. When I observed this, a server said it was because they were macerated in alcohol over night. I ate only about 1/3 and thought it should have been removed from the check after I complained, but it was not. Otherwise, an excellent experience but not as good as it should have been.

We always sit at the bar and these are the few annoying things that happened the last few times we came. -we didn't get silverware until 5 minutes passed after our steak was delivered. -the owner was arm wrestling one of his friends, around 7pm, a full restaurant trying to enjoy their dinner, turning this into a frat house/sports bar with yelling and carrying on. This actually shocked me snd was the final nail in the coffin for me. -ordering a dirty martini and it actually having cinnamon liquor in it. Lol. The bartender didn't set up his own bar and blamed it on the staff from earlier in the evening. No biggie, but this bartender seems to fumble a LOT. Just own it Bro, we've been served by you many nights, and you aren't our favorite for a reason. We've been going to Cowboy Star for the bar service. Just a step above. It's a bummer, we used to LOVE this place.

Drink orders were taken right away, and everyone received their drinks except my fiancé. He eventually just ordered a different drink instead. We placed our food order around 7:15, but the appetizers came out one by one instead of together, which already set the tone for the night. Our main courses didn't arrive until around 9:00 PM, almost two hours later. On top of that, two of our dishes were completely forgotten and had to be re-rung and brought out even later. We didn't plan on spending over two hours at dinner, but at that point we didn't have much of a choice. The food itself was actually very good, but not for the price. For a party of 7 where everyone only had one drink, our bill came out to over $1,450, nearly $210 per person. At that price point, there really isn't room for this many mistakes. It was also very obvious that the restaurant was understaffed. One woman was running the entire top floor by herself, taking orders and making drinks. That's not fair to the staff or the guests. Overall, the potential is there, but the service and staffing need major improvement, especially for such an expensive dining experience.

I would love to shout out our waitress, however, I don't know her name. She was really sweet on taking our orders, and checking in on us. For drinks my day got an old old-fashioned, which I ended up trying- and it was pretty good. I personally got the Cosmo and it was decent. I'm generally more of a gin and tonic, but it was still delicious. For food, we got the fried mac & cheese, balls, and crab stuffed mushrooms. Both had such a great flavor. And I think our favorite was dipping the bread from the crab, stuffed mushrooms in the garlic mixture at the. For entrée, my date got the halibut. And honestly, the sauce was amazing. For my lobster rolls they were both very fresh and delicious. But honestly, I could not eat both.
