Came on a Tuesday night, a majority of the tables were empty, with an unfriendly hostess, who thought she commanded the world. I have been in restaurants and have been for a long time. These staff members are lazy and should be let go, and a manager or an owner may want to check in on how their establishment is doing. Texas Roadhouse was closed so came here. And what a mistake. **Allergy warning** Steak is cooked on the same flat grill as seafood. The potato soup was very hot but extremely salty. Thought it might have been the bacon in it but took bites with no bacon and it was still salty. We ordered take out. Extremely loud in restaurant. The salads were okay nothing special, enough to share. I ordered a rare sirloin steak and it came damn near well done. We also ordered the porterhouse medium rare came medium. My baked potato tasted microwaved. The butter cake was the only good item I ate, they come in 3 pieces but hardly enough strawberries for one piece. Our dogs on the other hand thoroughly enjoyed all the food that was cooked improperly. So I basically paid almost $100 to feed my dogs, while we ate the salads, For the price, I would definitely try a different steak restaurant, or order pizza. We saw the ad on TV for the 3 course meal and thought we would give it a try. When we arrived we were seated and we asked our server about the deal. She sighed and said that they had the deal, but it might be over....but this was the last week. OK... My husband ordered the 6 oz. sirloin with a salad and baked potato. I looked at the special and saw the Bloomin' burger. I wasn't sure what toppings were on the burger so I looked in the menu. When it came time for me to order, I asked for the Bloomin' Burger. Then I asked if I could get the salad with bleu cheese dressing. Our waitress was very short with us, never came to refill drinks and brought our bread half-way through the meal. (The place was pretty empty at 5:00p on a Sunday) Half of my lettuce was going bad or had been previously frozen. My fries were very salty. My husband's steak was really small. When we were finished eating, the waitress came over and asked my husband what topping he wanted for his cheesecake dessert. (That came with the special.) He asked if I got a dessert and she said that I had ordered the "other Bloomin' Burger" so I had to pay extra for my salad and didn't get dessert. She offered to ask the manager if she would put my burger on the special, but made a point that I ordered the "other one." What other one? They have one Bloomin' Burger and one 6 oz. steak. There isn't a smaller 6 oz. steak. Needless to say, we won't be back. Texas Roadhouse has better steaks that are consistent in size and better service. The service was great but the food wasn't that good. The steaks were ruff and over seasoned. The shrimp was rubbery, I took 1 bite of 1 and didn't eat 5the rest. The broccoli was very good! I used to like Outback but the food quality has gone so far down hill it's just not good anymore. I won't be back here again. On a Saturday night we were practically seated right away. The restaurant didn't seem very crowded when we walked in at 6:45pm but our server seemed busy. We waited over an hour for our food which wasn't ideal, but the server explained to us that she was helping a very large party and she apologized for the wait. The food was good, but the menu selection wasn't as big as I remember. As always, the bread was delicious and served to us warm. We ordered wings for the table which were delicious. They were nice enough to serve the Buffalo sauces on the side, per our request. My daughter had the kid's sirloin and oranges slices. She really enjoyed her meal. The steak was cooked perfectly. After repeating our take out order, the staff still got it wrong. The baked potato's were at least a day old and reheated, they provided sour cream and no butter, instead of the other way round. Broccoli was missing from the order. We ordered bone in rib eye, medium rare, that was medium and nearly all fat, plus prime rib, medium, which came medium rare and was almost inedible. It was almost $100 and was worth half that. I will not be going to this Outback again, and if it serves food like this inside, their days are numbered. read more

I ordered from The Outback today. I have ordered the same thing multiple times, and have never had any problems. However, today the steak was absolutely horrible. I have never seen such a "fatty" steak before. I couldn't find more than a couple of quarter sized spots where I could actually get a bite with no fat. She was flirting with my husband while she took our order and every time she came to the table, did not ask me if I needed anything nor looked at me. She also did not ask if we were paying cash or card which led to us waiting there for 10 minutes after finishing our food while she took the order of the table next to us who had only been there for 5 minutes and she hadn't even brought us our boxes yet, which we ask for prior to finishing our meal. She tried to save herself with back handed compliments and even tried to interrupt the woman I asked passing by that was a server there, if I could get my boxes, while Marissa was taking another tables order, interrupting the customer. Very unprofessional and reckless behavior. I will not be coming back to this location for a date night in the future because of this disrespectful behavior. I simply love Outback Steakhouse. Best steaks and gives Cattlemans Steakhouse stiff competition. I always love the Blooming Onion. We almost always get that or Kookaburra Wings. This time, a blooming onion to go with my steak. Tip and meal and drinks for one person $70. I didn't care, it was a treat that I deserved. What I didn't expect to get was the WORST Bloomin Onion ever. Whomever prepared it left so much of the inedible onion peel that it ruined the dish. Using a knife I did my best to cut away the inedible parts. I just expect that the cook would have done that before serving it. I will go back to Outback, but never again at this location! read more

Ate dinner at Outback Steakhouse, celebrating three friend's birthdays. I ordered the salmon with a house salad and vegetables, which was brocolli. The salmon was SO salty with the blackening season, that it was inedible. The salad was nice and fresh, but it contained way too many red onions. The brocolli was fresh and delicious. Our waitress didn't check to see how our dinner was and she didn't refill our drinks or offer us more bread. One friend's steak came out medium rare and she had ordered medium well. I am having a very tough day as Mothers Day is tomorrow and the loss of my beautiful Mom is so hard. So I just wanted one drink to relax... Once I dropped it I took that as a sign that I should not replace it. So I became even more sad and started to tear up a bit as my heart hurt .
