It's best to go and get what you need and get out. It may help the line move quicker. It's a fun place to visit limited in the newer edition of shoes. You get a good deal or fair enough discount off shoes. I wear a special or width shoes and so it rather limited for me. For mostly people, they will be able to find something nice. If you can wait out the line before getting to the front door, it's worth the wait. Good to go earlier in the day or much later in the day if possible. Everyone seems to like this store. The line for paying for items seems longer than the number of people roaming around the store. The shoe brand turned out to be very comfortable. The store only had a plain color in stock, but they provided me a tablet to search for additional color options. I had come in on a Saturday, and they called me on Wednesday that my shoes have arrived. Staff that I encountered on first and second visit were friendly. I did not feel pressured to make a purchase and they gave me space to look around. Very good shoe selection from a wide variety of brands. There is limited parking out front, but the deck is only a block away. I would return.

Always greeted with a "Hey, how's it going today?" and it's very easy to get help here if needed. Store has a nice layout and always kept clean. Very easy browsing. They have a nice variety of items here, so I usually find at least one item I'll consider getting. But inventory seems limited here, so if you like something and don't see it again the next time, chances are it's probably gone for good. Inventory for their shoes seem limited too, as I feel availability in size 12's is way too inconsistent among different styles. I've had to purchase shoes elsewhere at times simply because they didn't have the ones I like in my size. Definitely stop in if you're shopping at the mall.

I waited in line until they finished serving the other customers, I had to tell them that I have a return. The first person who's at the register went out her area and didn't even look at me until I said I have a return. She just said "oh, yeah" then pointed at the other guy in the other register. So again I waited for the other guy to finish helping the other customer. I know the guy saw me and heard what i said to the lady at the first register but he was also going to get out from where his register is until I said I have a return. He moved slowly to the other register where I was standing close to and the look on his face just says he doesn't want to help me. He spoke on his radio looking at the other staff helping a customer with shoes and told him that there is a return. I gave 2 stars because their online store has more bigger and extra wide size selections. Zero star for customer service.

The store was organized and clean. The staff circled around asking if anyone needed help. They were a little disingenuous because when I asked for help the young lady rolled her eyes. Prices vary from outlet to outlet on the clearance area. The regular sales are the same at every store. They will ship to your home from the store or order your shoes and have them shipped from another location.

Can't beat that! My biggest complaint was the sales staff. Or should I say sales person. I get it's a semi-small store, but there was only one guy working the entire place. I was there on a weekend so it was pretty busy. He never offered assistance or even said hello. There were several other shoppers in the store so I'm not sure if he was totally occupied with them or what. It's an outlet so I don't really hold this against them.
