    Cobb salad

Came with my hubby for a date night. We were seated pretty quickly the back room wasnt that crowded. Waitress came over right away. Order our drinks then ordered our food which was a cobb salad n wings and some sweet potatoe fries. It was 6:20 when we was seated, so the place started getting a but crowded. Our waitress was very attentive to us. When our food came at 8:00pm kinda long wait for food. Really appetizers. It was delish and it was worth the wait. It was really very tasty. The salad was so fresh. The bacon cooked prefect. The room was very cozy. We enjoyed our dinning there and will be returning.

Dry, meat tasted old. You could barely bite them. We threw an entire order in the trash.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. Placed a substantial order of $55+tax+delivery fee. Chicken wing sampler ($23), steakhouse burger ($12), mac and cheese ($13), French onion soup ($5), ginger ale ($2). Food came 50 minutes over estimated wait time. Was cold. First of all chicken wings were inedible and they all ended up in the trash. They were dry like I've never seen before. Texture of a bad jerky. You could barely bite them. Meat tasted old. Burger was ordered medium, it came well done, dry. Bacon, and the sauce on it were good. Mac and cheese had no flavor. It was just a bechamel sauce with some cheese. You could taste the flour and the milk more than any of the "four" cheeses. I dont order from a restaurant to be doing the cooking for them. I did add some pepper, nutmeg, cayenne, and salt. Broiled it to a nice crispy top. This saved it, but again, I shouldn't be doing that. Onion soup had an okay flavor, good amount of cheese. It was however too oily, and they put the croutons right into the soup so by the time it is delivered expect a soggy mess. Ginger ale was the best part of the meal. But even here they manage to mess it up. I ordered a 16oz, it came in a small cup (probably around 8 oz) and filled with ice cubes to the brim. So three sips of ginger ale were the highlight of this meal. Naturally, I called eat24 for a refund. Manager was not there. They said to call them during the week. Called the following weekday, again, manager was not there. Eat24 representative said that as soon as he said he's calling from eat24 they instantly said that the manager is not at work. I hope you won't make the same mistake and order from this overpriced "restaurant".

Awesome service and maybe if you are lucky you will find cepelinai or zeppelins available at the end of the month. This is a national Lithuanian dish! Cute cozy clean place! I will be back!

The bar is a bit on the smaller side in terms of seating, but it has a TON of personality. I loved the eclectic decorations and knickknacks around the seating areas and the bar. The bartender had the TV tuned in to Jeopardy, so my inner (or extremely obvious?) nerd was beaming. In terms of the drinks themselves, I tried the cocoa orange whiskey (?) infusion on the rocks, and my BF had the chipotle paloma. We would both say they were solid, definitely not at "craft cocktail" level, but decent. This bar has a fun + dive-y feel - the kind of place where you get a beer, a plate of chicken nuggets, and watch trash tv with your neighborhood crew (I think they actually do have people who have a weekly Bachelorette viewing during the week). Definitely worth checking out if you're already in the area and looking for ~vibes.~

I've had a number of drinks here and it's been a great meeting spot for late night occasions, especially ones that revolve around a good drink. No doubt it's one of the more underrated nightlife venues in the borough. The setup feels like something out of a Brooklyn type bar - pseudo hipster vibe, casual environment with the whole board games and stacks of books all within a space that is well divided to give a different feel in each corner of the small'ish interior. Like a living room extension but with adult company. Of course, the bar is the most prominent thing in the room and it's a great place to chill as a solo patron. Groups can congregate in the lounge-y areas but the feel is remarkably different depending on where one choses to hang. On a beverage front, there is no shortage of quality drinks to be had. The cocktails are well made and not expensive; the bartenders do a good job of making sure each drink carries a certain kind of potency before leaving the bar. The happy hours are lovely as well, combined with a good deals ($5 shot + beer special, $5 cocktails, etc.) and even better hours (2-8pm!). Lastly, I appreciate a good name. Bad Old Days can be interpreted in many facets, but I think this establishment prides itself on good company and somehow rewards us with simple, good drinks. Bring a friend or three, enjoy the random movies that get projected onto the wall, and enjoy a late night capper in a quiet part of an emerging part of Queens.

Yee-haw in Ridgewood!…read more My boyfriend is always asking me about my regular bar. I go to TV Eye for the shows, Milo's Yard for the yard and dj nights and Ore Bar is my fave but Jones Bar there's something about you that keeps you in my thoughts! We came on a Sunday afternoon for a cold one before heading home. It is insanely chill. The bartender was funny and inviting. The regulars were like old friends. My boyfriend loved talking sports with a few and deep diving into their love and hate for the Mets! The bartender mentioned that there was supposed to be a vintage market that was cancelled because of the rain. There is food pop ups as well and live music. This recent Friday was four live acts and for FREE. We made our return to our new fave spot. It did not disappoint. The place was packed but not annoying. People were chill. Age range from 25-40 maybe. The first guy playing is from Austin, Bubba Lucky also designed the flyer for the event. The second act, Patton Magee was a three piece. A perfect Friday night hang for sure. Country is back in the best way. This is the kinda bar I was searching for in Nashville. I'm glad it's here in Queens. I am a music lover but I like hopping around genres. So it's nice to get my fix here. So happy to finally be making this a home away from home. We tried a bunch of stuff and the star was definitely the soft scrambled egg tostada, the masa pancakes and coffee tres leches cake. These are a must try! Good to try was also the fried oaxacan cheese but at $14 for 3 pieces, it's not worth a repeat order for me. These were skippable to be honest: mega thick bacon (just ok) home fries (meh) The chilaquiles (pork chorizo, salsa ranchera, crema, queso fresco, sunny up eggs) lacked flavor for a dish with so much going on.
