The worst company I've dealt with, lying, disrespectful employees, they don't comply with the rules, they violate the privacy rules with the client, they don't honor their policies, they send you torn and dirty clothes. The customer service department and its managers when answering leave you on hold for more than 10 minutes without returning to the call. In short, do not buy in that store. Now there are much better online stores, with better prices and, above all, better customer service. read more

My girlfriend loves this store. This store is designed for the plus size gal which I am not but my friend is and she loves it. I always find chic and stylish costume jewelry there. The styles are modern and not frumpy like some plus style clothing can be. They always have a huge selection of things on sale. The clerks were very friendly. The parking lot is huge so plenty of parking. After she makes a purchase if you sign up for the frequent buyer she says they send her discount coupons. Keep your tags on though if you plan on taking something back as this is there policy. read more

I bought $200 worth of clothing, many from clearance. After a single wash, a pair of pants had threads showing at ever seam. I took them back to the store but they would not honor the quality of their clothing because it was clearance. I won't go back to stores that don't honor the quality of their clothing. read more

I went into Avenue, Ventura on a late afternoon. The two gals working there were so helpful. I was returning an online order. They both made it so easy. I ended up replacing my online return with an adorable, affordable pair of boots. The store looked amazing. So many cute clothes. I would certainly go back and do some more shopping. read more

Although another location is closer, I'll drive to this Avenue first. The sales crew are really nice and helpful whether you need something specific or just want to browse. Teamwork shows in this store and they all get along and help customers. Store is organized, well stocked and changing rooms are always clean. Location is really convenient as well. read more

Uhhgggg. Why did I buy the jeans? I bought them because I was desperate for a pair of petit jeans. I bought the butter soft, or whatever they're called. 24 petite. They fit. $60 each on sale buy one get one 50%. I bought the two pairs for $90. That's a lot of money for me. But I figured ok they fit. I got home I tried the black one on at home. After taking the tags off. Kept all the tags and I have the receipt. Wore them for about 30 minutes. Didn't like them. Go back today Saturday a week after. Oh they don't take the jeans back if they don't have the tags on them. I have the tags in the bag however she said the sales person told me no returns if the tags are ripped off. I told her no, most emphatically No. Was not told that or else I would have left the tags on. Or not bought them. So now I'm stuck with a pair of $45 jeans but I don't want to wear. FML. Never going back. This latest interaction sent me over the edge. They are not customer friendly. Never have been. I use to feel I had to go there because they sell my size. Nope. I'm not going back to the Avenue. . Lousy sales people. Not helpful. Not pro customer service There are a lot of other stores to shop at for my size including Macy's (they sell American Rag and Luckys brands there) and Nordstrom (excellent customer service), Torrid (very helpful young ladies there) to name a few in addition-JCPenneys (found some cute spring and summer dresses there). Lane Bryant (an old stand by, a little too expensive), Walmart! Found some great pants at Walmart $16. I'm not going back to the Avenue. I purchased at a store two pairs of sandals which state did not have my size in the store so the saleswoman ordered it for me when they came in I tried one pair on quickly and they felt 2 wide she informed me they only carry wide no medium fit she advised me to try it perhaps put a liner in it didn't know how that would work because it was a sandal nonetheless she said I could bring it back if it didn't work. I put them in my trunk and left since then my trunk mechanism did not work with the key with the electronic button. Nothing works months have gone by and finally somebody was able to open it for me I took the shoes out still brand new in boxes and went back to the store only to find it was closed when I called they said at the customer service department that it had been over 60 days and they would not take back I explained the situation and asked that they make an exception as I could not use them. They said an escalated team would contact me and they did approximately a week later only to tell me no they will not accept a return or exchange at all. I believe sometimes there needs to be an exception to the rule as they were only taken out of the box one time in their store I never touched again. This shows poor leadership and poor customer service I would never shop at there online stores ever again. And advise everyone to do the same they don't deserve our business. read more

She directed me to you and 800-number and worked with me to get the charges so I will get the full amount on my return. Not only did she help me with my return but she remembered me from my purchase I left my car key there, which I've been furiously looking for! She not only save me money on the return but a couple hundred bucks for the car keys thank you so much!
