In fact, it might've looked better than the original one. AND they got it done within TWO hours of receiving everything they needed from me to make it. My only minor gripe was that it was 3.5 times the cost of the original. I guess when you need it custom and quickly, you can expect the higher price. I'm going on 12 years of trusting them to fill out nameplates on a plaque. It's hit or miss. Every year, I give them my name, my phone number, the title of the plaque, yet they seem to be unable to locate any record of the prior year's nameplate typeface/size. They start from scratch. They make mistakes, forcing me to make multiple trips downtown. The fellows who work there are okay, but the disarray in the store is indicative of their sloppy record-keeping.

I don't work too far away from Virginia Trophy so after a brief conversation with Bruce over the phone I found my way here. That was last year and I returned this past week to place another order for his new team. Virginia Trophy is a quintessential mom and pop shop. The friendliness of the service is something that you don't find many places anymore. Bruce is warm and inviting and most of all patient. I have dealt with other staff members here and they are just as friendly. There is a huge selection of trophies and all at an extremely reasonable price. If you are on a budget Bruce is making sure you get the best bang for your buck without even coming close to your max budget which says a lot about his honesty. The turn around time is great as well. For a small order he can have it done within a week. The trophies we received last year were great quality and the kids and parents loved them. I am sure we will be wowed when I pick up the new trophies next week. I would definitely recommend Virginia Trophy for any trophy or plaque needs.

Turns out it is a polyresin ball, which is soft and does not hold up against the riggors of bowling. I took the ball back and showed Wayne, but he took no responsibility for the problem. I relied on him to recommend a good ball for a moderate bowler. However, he sold me an introductory ball meant for a beginning bowler. It even says that in Brunswick's own we site. Learned that too lat though. Trophies Unlimited is also expensive, charging me about double what I could buy it for elsewhere. I should have done more research before I made this purchase. I would not recommend this company in any way.

They have an excellent selection of awards, plaques, and clocks. They are very helpful in terms of helping customize both the engraving and the items. We came in and they were easily able to turn our order around in just over a week. Their selection is wide and could fit a wide variety of budgets. When I left the couldn't find a box for one of the awards which was no problem. Half an hour later they called me to tell me they found it if I wanted to come pick it up. They have a website which is good for contact information and some general other information. If you are interested in seeing what they have available it is best to visit them in person or shoot them an email. I was please with the service they provided as well as the quality of the products and engraving they offered.
