Two hours of two guys talking to me about how this 14K device is going to change my world, then fawning with each other over the results...that I could not see. Their scam was so well rehearsed that they even had answers for my not being able to see the results ("Oh, but since you're not in skincare like we are the results stand out much more to us...") Funny thing, they used these 'serums' with this magical device to lift some sagging skin on my neck, and and I recognized these potions having the same level of sticky consistency that provides some very brief tightening as some other get commercially available products I've used before. I'm absolutely convinced these tightening gels did the actual work and that the magical device really wasn't doing anything. Then the hard sell came; they led with the 14K price tag, in order to see if I would bite because of how 'remarkable' the results were (echoed by the other in the room). When I scoffed, lead salesperson left the room and came back less than a minute later to tell me, "Normally this is a $14K device... we normally don't this but I talked to the manager and we have an ambassador program that we normally only extend to creators who have hundreds of thousands or millions of followers, but I got approval to let you have this device for only 4800--that's our cost!!!" I told him I didn't come prepared to spend any dollar amount near that price. So then he left again and came back within about 45 seconds. He comes back and says, "I really never ever do this...but as employees we get gift cards. I have one valued at $1000 that I'll let you have, because you're so nice and I think this will really benefit you. BUT, we have to make a deal -- you'll commit to using this and keeping me updated on your progress and send me photos." He then said he'd build me an entirely new diet, show me where and how to get the peptides at their cost, etc. (My skepticism was growing by leaps and bounds as he is not a dietician but was claiming he would arm with an entirely new diet??) I still wasn't bitiing so he offered 7 entire full treatments of my choice if I bought the thing, on the spot. No, thanks. There is no way that thing is worth $14K, $10K, $5K or $4k. There are comparable products out there that are still overpriced at $500 that make the very same claims as this one. Okay sure, this one has nifty magnetic head attachments, but that alone doesn't make it worth thousands of dollars. When he asked me if I'd like to have a second free appointment the following day to continue to show me how effective this machine would be, we tentatively agreed to a time, and he said 'you'll get a confirmation on that appointment within 2 hours.' ....That never came....so my takeaway is that their very, very polished sales pitch is purely designed to extract the maximum amount of money from you on your first visit when they can really lay the pitch on with maximum heft. Oh, forgot to mention --both gents had gold Rolexes on. Now, I didn't have the opportunity to inspect them closely. At first I thought they were fake, but then as the reality of the hard pitch sank in, I began to be convinced they were real. The head guy told me about the 3 properties he and his husband have around the world, and showed me a video of one. Whatever. BEWARE, BEWARE, BEWARE. The sole reason for their existence is to separate you from a LOT of money. This is an area where consumers can and will be scammed for tons of money because of our innate human vanity. PLEASE don't fall for it.

During my appointment on Tuesday, April 28 at 10 am in Flower Mound, I encountered a technician who was not only unprofessional but refused to verify the medication she was injecting into my body. I will NOT be returning. Upon entering, she complained about the cleanliness of the room, which felt like an inappropriate critique of her colleagues in front of a patient. When she asked which shot I was receiving, I took a moment to check my records. She appeared frustrated and abruptly left the room. When she returned with a pre-filled syringe, she did not verify the medication name with me. When I tried to confirm that it was the "Skinny Shot" and asked for the specific name of the medication, she interrupted me and refused to answer, repeatedly asking only "right or left?" for the injection site. Because she refused to communicate or confirm what was in the syringe, I left feeling unsure if the medication was even administered correctly. I have canceled all future appointments. I expect a basic level of professional courtesy and transparency regarding the treatments I am paying for, neither of which were provided here.
