Cinnamon roll, pancake, and buffalo Bill omelette

Saturday morning I was able to be seated within five minutes and with very polite service. The restaurant is small and cozy. The food portions are big enough for me to have breakfast again on Sunday.

Met a friend here for brunch. Had eaten here a while back and enjoyed it, but just hadn't been back, mainly because it is on the other side of town from where I live. We had about a 20-minute wait time, but that was fine. We spent the time chatting as we waited. We were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside, but due to the humidity, we chose to dine inside! LOL! My friend ordered quiche, with home fries. I had the Tin Pan Alley dish, along with cheese grits. Though I would have preferred my grits a bit creamier, they were still good. We enjoyed the meal - and the fellowship. The Bada Bean is not especially spacious inside, but the service is great and the food is tasty. Love the laid-back, down-home vibes. Will definitely try to come more often! Note, though I am not big on sweets, when I came a while back with my husband, he ordered the cinnamon roll pancakes and absolutely loved them. So folks, be sure to try those!

Sit outside for cool weather and breakfast at Bada Bean. Enjoy the hearty Alan's Wrap and Tallahassee morning coffee. Service is hospitable and fairly timed.

Stopped there because the name was unique and it had good ratings. It's a local and very casual restaurant that doesn't have a lot of seating inside. We got there around 9:00a which we were seated right away, but by the time we were ready to leave there was a wait. The food was delicious and you can serve your own coffee which they had different strengths catering to your taste. I love medium to dark roast, so try their special blend...yummy! This place is worth the try.

    Yummy quiche!

The food was sooooo good. It tasted like it was homemade with love. The cinnamon roll was so yummy I can't stop thinking about it. The quiche was scrumptious and the fruit bowl that came with it was if each piece of fruit was handpicked to give me the best and sweetest fruit. The service was wonderful and the teamwork was if they actually had each other's and the customer's best interests in mind. Highly recommend visiting this cute café!

    Crab cake eggs benedict.
 Outstanding.

I ate there once while in town for a meeting. I had crab cake eggs benedict and it was simply outstanding. The potatoes were also very good. The waitress was great. Be warned, this place ain't pretty, but it sure is homey. Comfortable. I will most assuredly eat there again when in Tallahassee.

    "Egg"cellent breakfast ideas.

Wonderful breakfast place with uncommon egg dishes like shashuka and migas. Try to avoid the big weekend crowds.

    Do they take reservations?

    Sadly no

Do they have any vegan breakfast options?

As far as I know everything's either with eggs or buttermilk or both. At a minimum. They offer salads, veggie and fruit. Maybe give them a call and see if they could make the pancakes with a different type of milk? I know they offer almond milk for…

Only nice thing about this place is the cute garden outside…read more Food is mediocre and way overpriced. We made reservations for celebration about 10 days ahead. When we came in there was no table available. Server tried to prepare a table in room to the right. He failed to do that. Then we got seated in a middle of cafe. After 15 minutes we were asked to go sit at the booth table because they have a bigger party coming. We waited for a food for about an hour. In a mean time waitress kept coming to ask are we doing ok,.lol Our table was next to the bathroom and we heard waitress talking amongst themselves about what they found in one of the stalls. Then customers next to us were asked to stand up, as apparently their seat is a bench and staff is storing bleach bottles in those benches. So 2 older ladies had to get up so staff can retrieve bottle of bleach from under their seat. Food was nothing but mediocre and simple mocktail cost $14 at lunch time. Too bad that we had such a horrible experience. This place does look cute in a pictures.
