They have so many variety's of cream cheese, bagel flavors, and ways to spice it up. I love the variety of making it a simple bagel with cream cheese, a breakfast sand which or lunch sandwich. Omg. This is what's been missing in my life. I saw this place when I was around the area yesterday and had to bookmark it to come back for a bagel breakfast. Best decision ever. I parked in the public parking across the street and walked over. As soon as I walked in I smelled it-the smell of true bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with regular cream cheese and a cup of coffee. It was prepared quickly in a clean working area by super friendly workers. When I went to pay, the cashier saw my military ID and thanked me for my service and gave me a discount. Then came the moment when I took my first bite. The heavens opened and I heard angels singing. I'm so happy I found this gem. They mastered the art of bagel making. This is one of those places I would be at everyday if I lived nearby. My trip is complete now that I ate here. Great little place to get a quick bagel sandwich or a bagel with an assortment of cream cheese. The coffee was pretty good as well. Staff was friendly & helpful. But, the deserts were devilish. My sesame seed garlic bagel with egg & bacon was great. My mother got a brownie with a coconut crumble thing on top that was yummy. They also make dog treats. I guess this is the best bagel place in town by default because they are the only bagel place in town, at least that I know of. The bagels are not very soft. Unless they are toasted, you can not even eat them. You should not really have to toast a bagel that is freshly made. They are not cheap either considering the actual size of the bagel. The bagel stop I go to in Queens, NY is only about $.20 a bagel more and the bagel is twice the size. I wouldn't say this place is bad. It good if you need something quick. read more

The CUTEST cafe ever! Oh man our experience was so lovely from start to finish! Pam is the SWEETEST! The people keep me coming back to PC because of their sweet smiling faces and nothing compares! Anyway- I digress lol~~ I had the bagel with lox and my husband had the turkey! Both were outstanding. We also had to try the homemade Greek dressing and oh man I could put that on everything. Lettuce was crisp, tomatoes were juicy and the ratio of everything was spot on. Also tried the sundried tomato bagel chips (yum) A strawberry cobbler tart of some sort (I have yet to taste yet but it looks amazing) A chocolate cheesecake bar (holy delicious) The art on the wall is beautiful & the tea is strong & cold. One of my new favorite places! We stopped here a couple days ago right before closing and the guy that was working (I REALLY wish I could remember his name. Sorry, Sir!) was super nice and willing to still serve us with a smile even though we stopped LITERALLY 2 minutes before close. He took his time and didn't rush us or seem anxious about staying over. He had such great customer service!! The pasta salad was to die for and definitely hit the spot for my pasta obsession I've had recently. The BLT was perfect! We also got a load of their in house made cheddar jalapeno bread and its SUPER soft and has that perfect amount of heat. All in all, 10 out of 10, will DEFINITELY eat here again. read more

This place is a delight. I have been craving a bagel for a long time and I ordered the Tummy Tickler Turkey for lunch. I got it on a salt bagel, no tomato and added regular cream cheese.
