We always had to go downtown for these amazing ice cream sandwiches. Yes, they really are that good! You pick out 2 cookies or brownies of your choice, then pick out your ice cream flavor. These are some of the best cookies and ice cream around! The service was amazing and friendly too! They really seemed to have everything together and I think they've only been open for a week. This place was open 2 days when we went there. This franchise from San Diego doesn't disappoint. GF and I split a ~$5 chocolate chip cookie and cookie dough ice cream sandwich. It was incredible. Staff was super friendly and even though they had a long wait, it only took about 10 minutes to get our ice cream sandwich. I first heard about this place online I kept seeing pictures of their ice cream cookie sandwiches and after two days I said that's it I have to have one of those haha. I went in and the place was nice and clean and it had a cozy atmosphere however the customer service was a bit lacking but after all they were teenagers working the counter so I can't really hold them against simply acting their age. Walked in (been here many times before) and nicely asked for a sample of an ice cream flavor before I bought a cone--the deadpan face on the opposite side of the counter on Sunday afternoon said "We don't give samples." I think it would have been better if it had been warmed up before the ice cream, then you risk making the ice cream melt faster. I was so excited to see The Baked Bear had come to Georgetown! I work in Austin and visit the Seaholm location with coworkers sometimes. Took my husband for his first visit last week and he loved it!
