My one complaint is that the warm brownie was only warm and gooey in the middle the rest of it was hard and impossible to eat. Then, you choose the ice cream flavor for your center and finally you can choose from a variety of candies to add to the sides. I choose a snickerdoodle cookie and a Nutella chocolate chip cookie. You can actually mix up the cookies (different type for top and bottom), and also can elect to have the cookie heated. I felt that the price was quite reasonable at around $7, as there was a fairly generous amount of ice cream, and as mentioned everything was delicious. The location itself was pretty cool. There was some outdoor seating. I parked in an unpaved lot across the street. One thing that they DON'T have though is... Peanut butter! No peanut butter cookies, no peanut butter ice cream, and no peanut butter toppings. I felt bad because my husband only likes peanut butter ice cream and he was looking forward to completely going peanut butter overload on his cookie but there wasn't a single thing with peanut butter available. I am aware this business just opened up otherwise I would give it two stars for technical error. Went in for a cookie and it was heated up to the point that there was no structure and was insanely messy to eat. The cookie could not be broken it sort of just became mush. I think the worker heated it to the level they would with for an ice cream sandwich, in which the cookie would cool down very quickly and would prob be ok. I think the directions and protocol should be different if someone walks in there wanting a cookie. As a small business owner myself I hope this place gets very busy this summer !
