After we got our coffees she asked if we wanted sugar. They had a very small bakery case of baked goods. They were labeled vegan and gluten free, but I'm a little unsure if they are. As a friend of someone who had a gluten allergy and one with a dairy allergy, I take it very seriously when stickers saying stuff like that are on anything. Even if I wanted to try something, they could only do cash only. I hope their truck is as good as I've heard since they've been around for 15 years. But both of my experiences here have been less than ideal.

When we got inside their space, we were asked how we wanted our coffees but weren't told the options. I don't know if the young girl was new or not but I could barely hear but did ask for non dairy milk. They had a small case of pastries. It said what they were but didn't say ingredients or anything. When I got my coffee it had a sticker on it that said "vegan and gluten free." I'd assume everything was based on that sticker? When I asked she said it was dairy free, which works well for me but we definitely need some better signage. I had a biscoff cookie which tasted like a good snickerdoodle cookie but not biscoff. The iced coffee had no ice in it.

I stopped in today and the owner was there and she is so lovely. Everything is baked fresh in small batches so get the pastries while you can! I grabbed a cinnamon coffee cake, it's very good. She also was selling mini pies for $7. Which is unheard of. If I had a lick of self control, I would have gotten a pie. They looked good. For the coffee I was ready to just get a black coffee but I was pleasantly surprised that not only did they have non dairy creamer, they had flavored non dairy creamer!
