I reserved a heated, lighted hut months ago for our after Christmas trip...when arriving it was not even lit up and the doors on the huts were all broken...the food was absolutely terrible. The chicken on the nachos was literally green and like rancid...way overpriced for TERRIBLE food....the service was bad, staff rude. We will never come here again...not at all what the website or pictures lead you to believe... My kids were highly disappointed and starving when we left because we couldn't even finish our food it was so gross. Waste of time and money...

Such a great option in the park, with some of my very favorite hummus in NYC, excellent chicken fingers and fries for my kids, and a maybe-best-in-class (and absolutely enormous) soft pretzel for all of us.

This is the ball field cafe restaurant, new Owners and the have a NEW menu. I've tried the hamburger, chicken sandwich, and Mac and cheese. , the chicken sandwich had pickles and sauce on it . It's a decent size sandwich. It had Delicious flavor too , The bread with it wAs good! Today we ordered through staff menu to get our food .today was a soft opening on how it was going to be in the park! Mac and cheese and good here . The Burger . Was Ok .Your going to be seating outside in the park watching a softball games while they going on! Its going to be a day for n the park to be at!

An absolute gem in the best park in the city. If you are in Central Park you must take a break and grab a bite or two at this place. This won't be your typical park hot dog spot, don't worry they have them and even made their own "corn" dog. The menu is a great mix of anything you may want while spending the day in the park but with so much more to offer. Highly recommend the FAMILY size pretzel (I think we split it amongst 5 of us). The lamb torta was delicious, so many flavors it's a must try! Lemonade, ice cream, cookies and so much more.

I always passed by here and liked the trendy, bright beach interiors. The food is delish - simple healthy classics with lots of fresh ingredients and delicious flavors! I ordered the fire egg wrap and couldn't have the spicy sauce so the server, Bryan, brought 2 other sauces (pura vida and Caesar) for me to enjoy. The pure vida sauce was a herby green with mustard that was so good. There's lots of seating space with clean bathrooms and polite and prompt service throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed my food and time here.

This is the main reason why I get food from here every once in a blue moon, like when they offer the buy one get one free special. That's when I really take advantage. The unique seating area is charming, though limited, and don't get me wrong, the wraps that I've tried so far were delicious! They're just not $14 - $17 delicious lol. The staff here are friendly and seem cool. They make the wraps right in front of you and it's quite a cool process to watch. Each wrap is made from a homemade dough, heated on a hot iron dome and then filled with fresh and one of a kind ingredients. All of the wraps are rich with antioxidants and made with natural ingredients. My favorites: Dire Wolf (fried chicken wrapped in ginger dough, lamb bacon, melted cheddar, green papaya slaw, spicy pickled shika peppers, wolf ketchup) The Beast (grilled steak wrapped in turmeric dough, bbq crunch, blue cheese, marinated green olives, cilantro, red chili mayo) They have opened several locations over the years since I first tried them. Because of their unique wrap concept I can understand why. There's definitely a niche for them in this super tough NYC restaurant business.

Try: Chicken & Pancakes, Corned Beef Hash, and Chicken Noodle Soup!…read more Why: Took my parents to an early brunch and we enjoyed Chicken & Pancakes, Corned Beef Hash, and Chicken Noodle Soup! They were able to sub the waffles for pancakes, which was a huge stack of 3 fluffy pancakes topped with juicy fried chicken and maple syrup. Very filling and easily shareable. My dad got the Corned Beef Hash with eggs sunny side up. It also came with lots of sliced potatoes, which had slightly crispy edges. We dipped them in genie house sauce that was flavorful. Mom was craving soup to settle her tummy and she really liked the broth of Chicken Noodle Soup. Everything was flavorful and delicious. I washed down my food with mimosas that was nicely filled to the brim. Notes: Hostess and Waiter were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Waiter gave good recs too and kept the mimosa flowing. Clean spacious diner with large booths and table inside, and outside seating. We came at 11am before the brunch crowd so restaurant was about 1/2 capacity, by the time we left it was packed. Lots of families and strollers. We had a corner booth near front window, great location for people watching while enjoying a meal. Overall, good service, good brunch atmosphere, and good food.

We believe that good food starts with good choices, which is why we partner with local farmers and suppliers to bring you the finest, freshest produce and proteins. Our menu is a reflection of our dedication to a healthier lifestyle without compromising on flavor.' Green Kitchen is living up to its philosophy by offering healthy grains, salads, soups and a wealth of options. Rochelle and I met up for lunch and dined Al fresco. The menu offers really tantalizing options: burgers, pancake options, salads, etc. Rochelle has been on an Eggs Benedict kick and that was her choice. I ordered an egg white spinach mozzarella omelette. There are options such as home fries, French fries or salad as sides to accompany the entree. We both chose home fries and whole wheat toast for my omelette. Rochelle ordered a regular iced coffee took one sip then one sip of my iced cappuccino and decided my cap was better. Here's how our entrees tasted: -Eggs Benedict: Two poached eggs on an english muffin with canadian bacon and avocado, topped with chipotle hollandaise sauce. I tasted the avocado and it was creamy and fresh. Rochelle enjoyed her meal immensely. -Egg White Omelette with spinach and mozzarella is made with three eggs, side of whole wheat toast and delicious home fries. The portion is generous and filling. This is part of build your own omelette on menu. -Iced Cappuccino: cream, dreamy and frothy, tbh, no added sweetener needed. -Service: courteous although I asked for iced water with lemon and received just water. Green Kitchen is a fine place for any meal; breakfast, lunch, brunch and dinner. There is a Happy Hour weekdays from 11am-7pm. GK is a five star experience, however, loss of one star is the attention to details: we wanted to pay in cash but needed change from a big bill. The server took the bill and some confusion later " the bill you handed is not enough to pay the bill.." Okey dokey. GK is definitely a nice post shopping ( Bloomingdales), gym or meet up for a meal.
