Hired TBB for my girls Sweet 16, I got 8 - 30"inch cloud white balloons with pink and silver confetti...my understanding I was to get clear but I guess not. They dont have a store to pick and choose what you want only by pictures. I also got 3 bundles 1-16"in and 3 -11"in for something simple as I got it was pricey and I didnt get the clear balloons as expected. I did give a 4 star cause customer service is great. There is no refund once you put the order in dosnt matter if the event is 2 mths away. You can only change the order. So be sure to just put a deposit unless you know for sure what you want. She has made site visits in advance to confirm what the venue will/won't allow. On the day of, they have always gone to the venue to set up on their own and notify us when they have finished.
