Secondly, the instructor came up to us and asked us about any modifications needed. I thought that was nice because believe it or not, not a lot of instructors take this initiative to go up to students. Sophia was really kind and helped us with our posture and form throughout the class. The machines were clean and easy to use. This was my first time using the tower and I enjoyed it! Her class flow was so good and I felt like I got a very balanced workout because we worked on everything. The beginner class is still challenging for me so it's gonna be a while before I move up a level haha. Music: it was kind of like EDM? I really liked it. And yes they have a bathroom! Surprisingly not all studios have one. I can't wait to come back again!

Alex was absolutely amazing and so accommodating, walking me through every single exercise and making sure my form was correct and that I felt safe. As this is my first pregnancy, it can be scary not always knowing what you can and can't do, and I truly appreciated how supportive, encouraging, and attentive everyone was. Such a positive and reassuring experience -- highly recommend!

The whole aesthetic is so cute, very nostalgic 90s vibe, and the instructor brought such great energy. Everyone was super welcoming too. It was also really sweet seeing the moms coming out of the mother's class with their little babies when we finished Loved switching up my routine with something different and fun. Thank you for such a great class!

The very first time I went, I limped out and could barely move for 2 days (I was really out of shape). But I couldn't wait to go back. You can see the thought that has gone into creating this studio - from disco balls to live plants to lighting that is adjusted throughout class to create the right moods. The mural wall is the latest addition and it brought the fun factor from a 9 to a 10. The space accommodates 12-15 per class - most of the morning Peach Step classes I've taken range from 6-12, which feels just right for energy without being overwhelming. The awesome-factor continues with the instructors. They all care, they're well-trained, and they deliver sessions focused on strengthening and toning the female body. They're also queens of playlists that keep us moving and having fun! I trust them and I'm thankful for how hard they get me to work. I'd highly recommend Brittney or Reme, especially if you're checking it out for the first time. Newport Peaches come in all shapes and ages - ranging from 20s through 60s, it's a space for everyone. And that's not just a tagline, it's a real feeling among the women who work out there.

The barre instructor, Erika, appears sweet but her workouts are deliciously challenging! Morgan's Barre class is great too and a completely different barre style incorporating more HIIT and cardio. They offer a 'Pound' class which is a must try! It incorporates 2 x Drummer sticks and you're essentially having a jam session and rocking it out through the workout. It's a great stress reliever and recommended if you're having a bad day! I wish there were classes during the day between 10am and 5pm while my sons at school. I manage to do the 6.30am class but it's a rush in the mornings to get back and get him to school. 1 rest room, no showers. I like that they provide lockers with keys with no extra charge. There's also a key rack to hang your key during class. Free parking available.

The classes are mostly Barre focused so a lot of it is standing and the instructors will definitely work you. Morgan's classes are high energy and cardio based. I always feel like I get a good workout from her. Erika's classes are also Barre but have a yoga-flow element to them. Danielle offers a Triple A (Arms, Abs, Ass) class that will tone the hell out of you and she just recently started teaching a TRX Barre workout that I haven't tried yet but will! They also hired a new girl Sam who does a Barre Bootcamp class that I've heard nothing but good things about. One thing I want to point out is that despite being in an industrial area, the studio is very clean. They have lockers for you to keep your things safe and the floors are hardwood (or laminate, I can't really tell the difference) point being that you won't walk into a hot room to the foul odor of sweaty carpet which makes this place a winner in my book.

I began attending yoga, yogalates and barre classes and trying out different instructors. I even tried the Metal Yoga and loved it! There used to be a yoga class that incorporated reiki which was awesome (Meera we miss you!) Currently my favorite classes are the sound baths with Missy. They also feature special classes every once in a while for special things like breath work etc. which are quite popular. I really like this studio because it's not one of those impersonal corporate owned places that has a generic big box feel. I hate those places because any time I have done the one free class deal to see if I like it I end up getting hounded by text messages trying to sell me a monthly membership. Hello Yoga is NOT that kind of place. They are so chill here. Hello Yoga is a woman owned small business and you can meet Debra, the owner, and take one of her classes and experience how great she is. She knows what people want and need so she offers all types of options for signing up for classes. You can choose to have a monthly membership, pay for a single class, buy a class pack or use Classpass. There's always plenty of parking in the lot in front of the studio with overflow parking available behind the studio.

And their new student intro rate for your first month is only $50 at the time I'm writing this. I can't say enough good things about this place.

During the workout kids are allowed to run around the studio that's completely kid proofed and also play with toys she sets out! She's encouraging of your form during the workout which makes me feel like I am on track to building any sort of tone and muscle in this soft, newish mom bod of mine. I can't wait until more studios can add mom and me classes and if you're looking for a great example of one check out Laguna Barre!

If it's your first time doing reformer Pilates or using a reformer machine, I highly recommend arriving 10-15 minutes early so the instructor can walk you through the machine and how everything works. It makes you feel so much more comfortable going into class. I've come here through ClassPass and have had a good experience. The instructors are knowledgeable, and I really appreciate that they ask before class how you're feeling physically and whether you have any injuries or limitations. That level of attentiveness shows they genuinely care about their clients. The studio is located in Sky Park, and I'd suggest getting there a bit early because parking can sometimes get packed. The space itself is very clean, and I love that they provide wipes after your session so you can wipe down your equipment. Overall, a solid studio with friendly instructors and a welcoming environment.
