He greeted my girlfriend and I warmly, and said to have a seat. Meanwhile, my girlfriend was looking for a celebrity in my age group who's style would be a good fit on me. (ahem, James Hetfield of Metallica).. After Zak had me seated in the chair, she showed the picture to him. He thought it was a picture of me! Flattery too! Before I knew it, Zak got to work as my formerly long locks flew to the floor all around me. Trimmed up my eyebrows a bit, and my sideburns, with the whole affair taking less than 15 minutes. He gave me the look I was seeking with perfection. Can't beat the price either. For the first time in years, I now have my new regular guy! Highly recommend!!

But also this barber shop is levels above a local inner city barber shop, it's more avant garde but not TOO fancy and stuffy. It's a very cool place. Maybe the Raf Simmons or Rick Owens of babershops. It's highly respected amongst the classy but cool enough for the young and fly guys. Obviously Rich is the head designer but he has a slew of guys beside him that are great cutters. I usually get a Dark Cesar tapered sides. Rich uses the best equipment SC or Babyliss pros. I go to Eli and he's the man. He's super kind and nice and is extremely friendly. Whenever he gets phone calls he's quick to ask the person to call back and focus on the customer.
