Maybe the Raf Simmons or Rick Owens of babershops. It's highly respected amongst the classy but cool enough for the young and fly guys. Obviously Rich is the head designer but he has a slew of guys beside him that are great cutters. I usually get a Dark Cesar tapered sides. Rich uses the best equipment SC or Babyliss pros.
