Kendra is prompt and does a great job. I love a great shampoo with a little extra massage of my scalp, and let me tell you, Kendra never skimps on her time. Her personality is still as upbeat and positive as the first day I met her. I appreciate her understanding that I have my service dog, and keep him confined in businesses out of courtesy to others; and that it does not bother her that I wear a mask. She's very supportive and kind with regard to both and I wish I could give her an extra star!! Lastly, she did cut my mom's hair a few years ago, my mom has dementia and cannot get out any longer, but my mom still remembers Kendra and her kindness.

There is no comparison between the personal, friendly service she provides and the "cattle call", impersonal corporate shops found in malls and shopping centers. I don't have a lot of hair to work with but she did a great job, and my hair has gown back very evenly and still looks good. Heck, I can even wear a hat and not have "hat hair" when I remove it!
