The halibut was smooth as butter but wasn't a very large entree, so I wouldn't recommend if you are super hungry, but if you're not, it's very flavorful and delicate! They seemingly only had one server for everyone, which is wild and things were more delayed once it got busier. Additionally, the tables are so close together it would be inaccessible if all seats were filled. The row on the other side of my table only had one person, yet it was still difficult for that person to get out because the other table whose backs were facing them had most spots filled. It was hard and disruptive for people to get out of their seats to go to the restroom and such because seats were super close together. Had both sides of the tables been filled, people would have either been stuck where they were or everyone else would have had to get up to let them out. The way that the tables are placed also makes it hard for some seats to see the performer(s) without fully turning their chair (which, given the space issues, wouldnt work for everyone to do). Anyway, I do like this venue, but I hope they reconsider the setup. While this may mean a reduction in premium price seating, it would be a much better experience for attendees.

Narciso, who took care of us, was just fantastic--kind, funny, polite, and just the right amount of attentive. When we mentioned it was a little bit of a reunion for us, he immediately moved to make the evening special. Extra this and extra that started showing up at the table. The wine pours were so generous we joked we would have to stay for hours. A gorgeous dessert showed up out of the blue with Narciso smiling behind it. When we asked how long he had been with the Ritz and he told us at least two decades, we were not surprised, given his professional grace and ease. All told, it was a very memorable evening and it certainly will not be another year before we return. Thank you.

You find the 57 on the bottle at an angle and bump you palm there that instead of hitting the bottom and hoping and praying that ketchup comes out. It actually worked or at least it was more efficient than trying to hit the bottom of the bottle upside down. I had never had a hand pumped beer before, but it was quite good. They are a warm beer rotating and it was quite good, it especially paired well with the pie or fish and chips.
