These fries were made to order and served piping hot, with a perfect delicate crispness that held up beautifully under the generous toppings. The meat was tender, flavorful, and clearly slow-cooked with care. Every bite was better than the last -- honestly, it was even better than I expected. The food truck itself was impressively clean and smelled incredible from the mix of barbecue and fried goodness wafting out. Very last minute--close enough to the wedding that it left us scrambling--they backed out without a real solution or adequate support to help us replace the service. For an event of this size and importance, that level of unreliability is unacceptable. There was no sense of accountability or urgency in helping us fix the situation they created. It put a lot of unnecessary stress on what should have been a special day. I would not recommend them for any event where dependability actually matters.
