Their online tools for signing up and making an appointment need some work, and it sounds like they know it. They required an insurance card, but their system wouldn't let me add one. They asked me to schedule a time, which I did, only to find out days later they bumped me to another time for some unknown reason. They also told me I could not make an appointment without a referral from my primary, even though I told them I'd be paying out of pocket. BUT, I decided to keep my appointment, really needing some answers about a problem with my shoulder. Dr. Karim did not disappoint. He was kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. He answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them. Before Dr. Karim, I would have given this place 1 or 2 stars. Honestly, their wacky tools wasted a ton of my time and I don't like that. But Dr. Karim restored my confidence. If they ever get their online tools working, I'd be happy to give them a full FIVE STARS!

I was unable to walk for 2 months from a badly twisted ankle. In 1.5 sessions I was able to safely and comfortably walk again. Front office staff, good work, suggest offering more approachability. Harold Neuendorff is one of the best OTs in my opinion. He is experienced, knowledgeable, and he cares. Hands-down, get him as your OT if you can. Paloma is a newer OT there and she is really good also. I have developed a chronic stiffness problem due to overly happy scar tissue inside my hand, fingers and wrist. I go to therapy twice a week and do exercises on my own three times a day. Harold and Paloma provide expert exercising of my fingers and wrist and are always encouraging regarding my slow but steady progress. Thank you!

I tried the 25 minute maintenance stretch with Daylin and it was really great! It made me realize I really don't stretch as extensively as I probably should! By the end of my session was able to comfortably touch my toes, and everything felt loosened up! I will definitely be back for the 50 minute standard stretch next so I can try out the compression boots as well, they look really cool and I think they will help me a lot since I stand for long hours at work. I would definitely recommend adding an assisted stretch to anyone that works in the medical field like myself!

It took many screws and two long plates to put it all back together. My surgeon suggested I start physical therapy six weeks post-op and at 52 and not in the best of shape, I was so discouraged. Awhile back my husband had gone to a popular, well known physical therapy location nearby and my daughter had tried one other. I was well aware of the typical lack of individualized attention, having maybe 5-10 minutes with an actual physical therapist each appointment. So, with this big a recovery challenge, I was not confident. Thankfully, a search helped me find the mobile physical therapy offered by Movement Recentered. Dr. Kunal responded to my call quickly and set an evaluation appointment at my home. He was very thorough and knowledgeable taking time to listen to my fears and concerns. I was just tentatively moving on a walker but we got started that week. Dr. Kunal arrived at each appointment on time and well prepared. He was generous with his time carefully assessing any new challenges or pain. He seemed to know exactly what to do to progress my recovery session after session and gave me new goals and the encouragement to stay motivated. Week after week, I nor my family could believe my fast progress. I even felt my confidence returning as we not only worked on strength building but balance as well to help prevent future injury. I had been so skeptical of ever getting back my full mobility and here I was, just 8 weeks later, walking my normal fast pace with no limp, climbing stairs normally, and even jogging again! That's what one to one personal attention does with a competent and motivated physical therapist! I still feel like I am walking on cloud 9 coming back from this injury so fully and quickly. At my last doctor's follow up appointment, my orthopedic surgeon was impressed and took Kunal's card to refer out.
