I booked for permanent makeup here in October 2023 with the idea based on what was explained I would two visits the second visit was when the magic happens. So far and sadly no magic. I had another appointment in December which I was charged the products for the retouch total of over $600.00 the healing part passed I again reached out to say still have issues Gaps on left brow , still having pencil in since my goal was to not have to do this any longer. The response was "We will just do what we need to!" I tried to schedule with no responses, sent current photos of eyebrows again NO response. Jennie is AMAZING. Getting your lady bits waxed is pretty much as intimate and "exposed" as it gets and from literally the first appointment it felt like I knew her forever. Bought a $34 full Brazilian wax as a gift. The recipient of the gift tried to make an appointment 3 different times but each time she had to leave a message. No call back. I then tried but got the same result. Groupon didn't want to give me a refund because it had been more than 3 days since I made this purchase, so I contacted my credit card company and had the charge reversed. Skin Care by Jennie is an example of terrible customer service, and Groupon is an example of an unethical web business. Stay away from both! read more

Stop procrastinating and just do it, get that Brazilian you've always wondered about but feared! I promise you won't regret it and neither will that special someone in your life. It won't be nearly as bad as you make it out to be in your head. Pop a few Advil 45 minutes prior to your appointment and be on your way to baby soft smoothness! I first learned of Jennie's business through a Groupon a few years ago when she was located near my house in Cotati. Since then I've followed her to Penngrove and will continue to follow wherever she is so long as she remains in the North Bay. She's that good! ...and who wants to be dropping their drawers all around town?!? Not me. Like many women, I don't exactly jump for joy at the thought of my vagine getting waxed every month. I dread it actually. But, Jennie makes the experience as pain free as ever. She's fast, efficient and gets right to it. I'm in and out within 30 minutes and half the time it's only that long cause we spend the entire time laughing our asses off about whatever may be going on in our lives at the time. Went there for the first time today to get a brazilian wax, a gift my sister got me for christmas. Although I have received brazilian waxes before, I was nervous (in anticipation for the pain). The place is fairly easy to find, nestled in the mid downtown of Pengrove. We parked within thirty second walking distance, and walked in. The owner was up front and greeted us right away, asking if we were here for the Brazilian wax. My sister responded for me, as I was scoping out the place and it's very pretty chandeliers hanging from the ceiling and super chic theme. The place immediately reminded me of a very expensive hair salon I went to for a while that I really loved. The black paint with white trim. The vintage feel. I immediately took a liking to the place. They had nice comfy seats where I sat and waited for my appointment. There was modern pop songs playing quietly in the background, not to soft and not to loud. I used the restroom, which was very cute! Reminded me of Paris! A few minutes went by and I was greeted by a very nice lady with a Swedish accent. I went to the room and was told to undress pants down, which I did. She came in after a few minutes (knocking first), and I told her I was ready. I also told her I was really really nervous because it's been a while! She made me comfortable by talking to me as she applied the wax, and waxed me off. It was painful, but she made it less painful by distracting me...as I was asking her general questions (how's your day going? Are you from around here? etc. as I do when I am nervous!). She continued to talk to me to distract me. I squeeked and squirmed, but she made the pain really fast. I liked the result very much! I would definately reccomend coming here for a Brazilian, as they make you very comfortable. read more

I hesitate to say this but I think I just had an incredibly fun wax! Jennie was hilarious, easy to talk to, and quick. I've waxed before and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had.
