I asked one of the employees summer, She immediately got on the phone with her boss and was given approval. surprisingly it only took a day for the cigars to come in. I'm super happy and appreciate the friendly customer service and for summer and this shop to go above and beyond in helping find these cigars. They have a lot of cool stuff here but the kratom and cigars have me coming back frequently.

When they moved to The Alameda, I still enjoyed the selection and the staff but I never felt comfortable hanging out in the lounge area. Donna always made me feel welcome in her shop, though. At the latest location, under Craig's ownership, I feel truly welcome and comfortable. It's such a nice store with an impressive selection. Then you add the comfortable outdoor lounge and the spacious indoor lounge and it is like a paradise! We only visit San Jose a few times a year and when we do, we try to find time to enjoy the space. This weekend, we visited on a Saturday. They had my favorite cigar (Tabernacle broadleaf double corona) and my husband and I secured comfortable chairs in the indoor lounge. It was a smaller crowd but just like last time, everyone said hi to us and as new regular customers arrived, they also greeted us. We met some new people, including Craig the owner, and had a lovely time reading (me) and watching sports. You think this place couldn't get any better but wait! My only gripe would be the markup on some of the high end bongs/bubblers. Some as high as 100% markup, if not more (example: a $150 Diamond Glass bubbler would sell for $280 here.). That said, the friendly staff and the convenience of this location will keep me coming back.
