Hi, I had posted before, but just in case, Arin, the business owner, is awesome! He went above and beyond for our bee issue. We had a four feet tall hive (which could be 20k or more bees!) and we wanted them moved, not exterminated. His quote was reasonable and he did all the work himself! He was very calm, knew alot about bees, which not all services do, and did a temperature reading inside and outside. Arin is quite amazing! He's also a nice guy and so knowledgeable about bees and beehives. We were having bee issues and in a couple of seconds he discovered what was going on. Every morning I went outside and on the back wall around our light were bees on the wall. An hour later, they were dead on the ground. This happened every 3 days (SEE PHOTOS). My Pest guy came out & saw no hive in the light & suggested to call a Bee Keeper. When Arin came out, he quickly looked around and saw bees in the far distance in a retaining wall on the other side of my next door neighbor's property. We went to visit my neighbor & he was aware of the bees but said it didn't bother him. Arin said at night they are attracted to light, so they were coming around my light, swarming it & because they got stressed out, they hung on the wall until they died and fell off. We have a swarm of bees on one of our tree branch in the community for past two days. I'm part of the HOA board and been looking for bee remover that doesn't kill bees. This company is awesome! We had a hive in our wall. We didn't know how large it was, but we wanted them to be moved, not exterminated. When contacting Arin, he was clear, professional and showed for the consult, he was a freat communicator, coordinating a time. At the consult, he was great. First of all, how can you go wrong with a name like The Bees Knees. I was stressed about Arin not being able to remove a hive the same day I called but he was so calm and knowledgable about the activity I described I took the chance and waited the 2 days for him to come check it out. He was exactly right. He came back the next day and removed a roughly 4-5 month old hive. He sanitized, filled and repaired the part of the roof he had to cut through to get to the hive, looks great. But he also patched up the holes (that our solar guys made and failed to patch up) where the bees were entering the eaves. Honestly, the fact that he did that for us just solidified my respect for him and how he conducts business, he cares to do a good and thorough job. I hope I never have to deal with a hive removal again, but if I do, I will be calling Arin. This guy also has a resting heart rate of like, 10... he's so calm. Aaron did an excellent job removing the bee hive from my walls and I'd recommend his services. Although it was nice to have bees I didn't want them in my wall and wanted them relocated. Aaron was responsive, available, communicative, and did the job well (including repair patching and cleanup).
