Ron at Budget Bee Services is amazing! Great phone/text communication and on time for every appointment. My situation was a little unique because of the location of the bees and my metal roof that I only let professionals walk on due to warranty issues. We both did our due diligence to make this a successful endeavor. The bees had built their combs under an overhang from my garage roof to my house roof which made it extremely difficult to access. While we wanted to save the bees it wasn't an option due to their location. Ron removed a panel from my roof, cut a hole to access the hive, totally cleaned all of the honey out and off of all the wood and sprayed a disinfectant to deter their return. He then filled the area with insulation and replaced the wood and metal roof panels. He made all of this happen in less than 3 hours too! I would highly recommend Ron and budget bee services. Our yard had been overgrown due to circumstances and by the time we finally cleaned it up, we noticed a steady bee colony underneath a structure in the yard. We called for a consult and they were able to also do same-day work. They sucked up as many bees as possible, due to how far underneath it was built they did have to spray the remainder, but the price and work done was great. They even gave advice on how to prevent more and what to look for. We had wasps coming into our home and dying. Although they weren't aggressive I did step on one and it stung me. My husband had already taken down one wasps nest but that didn't resolve the issue. I had an emergency bee situation. A colony of bees made a hive inside my house wall overnight. Only reason I saw it was because they were exiting from my garage door and a swarm came out from the vibration of the garage opening. It was scary. I called budget bee service and James came out within 30 minutes. He assessed the problem and drilled some small holes and added some repellent to force the colony out. Took about 2 hours but the colony left and a few bees lingered but left after a few days. James patched the holes and charged a reasonable fee. I would use them again no doubt. read more

I had been noticing more and more bees coming and going in and out of a large hole in my tree about 12 feet off the ground. As we are planning on having a yard sale soon, I needed to stop procrastinating and finally address the bee situation. I reached out for a quote and I decided to go with them based on their great Yelp reviews and the reasonable quote for the service. They sent technician Isaiah out the next day. To my surprise, about a thousand bees were swarming him as he was doing his work. I figured there were maybe 100 bees at the most inside the tree. Ohhhhh no.... there were a lot more! Bees can sometimes be very tricky to remove, so I wasn't surprised that the bees didn't all disappear after the first visit from Budget Bee Service. A lot of the bees came back and were clumped together on the tree, so I asked them to come back out to take care of the remaining bees. They were very professional about it and came out right away when I contacted them to come back.... no extra charge... and they removed a couple hundred more bees. A couple days later.... about 25 bees came back.... which was really nothing compared to the 1,000+ bees a week before. I called them out one final time to take care of the remaining 25 or so bees and again they were very professional and came out right away to get the remaining bees. Currently the bees are all gone. Detailed story here: One year ago, I called a DIFFERENT company about wasps coming in our house. This DIFFERENT company removed two wasps' nests at the front of our house and went on their way. I had tried asking about how they were getting inside our house, but didn't get much helpful information. One day later, AGAIN we had a wasp in our house. It was then that I researched and found Ron and BUDGET BEE SERVICES. I explained my problem and he came out the next day. In about 1 minute he found another wasp's nest on the side of the house. It was big and obvious, and if the other guy had bothered to look, he would have seen it instantly. Now that I know what to look for, I would have too. I asked lots of questions and Ron then taught me about why they were getting in. He taught me how to inspect regularly and how take care of them myself, before they became a bigger problem and came inside, literally cutting himself out of easy revenue. (That is a man of honor!) Two months ago, I sprayed 3 nests myself (and another one at my mom's house), saving myself $$. So this month, when I found two wasps inside over two weeks, I didn't remember Ron's company, so I called a DIFFERENT company. So dumb. I explained about the wasps coming inside, and the man who came out didn't even want to walk around the outside of the house to look! What? So immediately after he left, I searched harder and found BUDGET BEE SERVICES again. Ron came out the next day and he and his coworker did find two small nests, although it took them a while.
