A big pet peeve of mine is when dishes are salty, because I truly like to taste the ingredients. The mafalde is one of the dishes where it's not heavily salted so the flavor of truffle and cream is really delicious! Gusto has become my repeat italian and will continue to be! The decor is dark wood tones, red upholstered banquette seating & wooden tables & chairs. It's not a fancy place. I would not choose to eat here again. Last time I went was several years ago.
