However, the customer service at the Palmdale location is the worst I have experienced, and the food quality continues to fall far short of expectations. During my most recent visit, I called in my takeout order 40 minutes in advance. Despite giving the kitchen plenty of time, I was forced to wait an additional 15 minutes at the restaurant because my food still was not ready. Beyond the delay, the food quality and service were unacceptable: Dry Seafood & Missing Sauce: I ordered a pound of head-on shrimp with two corns, plus extra sauce on the side. When I opened the bag, there was barely a cup of sauce inside, leaving the shrimp completely dry. Refusal of Request: I know how proper customer service works. When I asked for more sauce--and explicitly offered to pay extra money for it--the staff flatly denied my request and looked at me like I was crazy. It is extremely frustrating to spend money at a business, offer to pay more for what you want, and be dismissed by staff who refuse to accommodate reasonable requests or provide standard food quality. The Palmdale team urgently needs retraining in basic customer service, order fulfillment, and food quality control. As a paying customer, I expect better, and I hope management takes immediate steps to fix these issues.
