Combo plate, shawarma sandwich, and the fries. The fries are perfectly crispy, tossed into a paper bag and seasoned from a jar that maybe has never been wiped clean but is full of absolute magic. The meat was so tender and delicious and had such a great flavor. They cook it in front of you and they are extremely friendly. The cooks are very friendly and the girl that was working the counter was awesome. They were very quick and efficient. My fiancé really enjoyed the chicken Shawarma platter. A restaurant has to be really cocky to name themselves the best shawarma but this restaurant backs it up!!! Really good and flavorful meat!! Truly some of the best I've had. This is one of those hole in the wall places that have amazing food! I have looked at old photos of the menu and I will say that the prices have gone up. Still reasonable but aren't as cheap as they were before. Still very good food! I got the combination platter which cost $16 and it can feed 2 people or 1 hungry person. Everything was great. The Falafel were some of the best I ever had. Crispy outside, creamy inside and nicely spiced. The combo plate and shwarama plates were excellent. We got the small hummus, which was like a gallon of hummus for $10. They also gave us a free sample of the lentil soup, which led to us buying 4 more soups for dinner. The service was a little slower, we waited for about 40 mins for 2 "sandwiches". We had to kind of readjust our sandwich because of the way it was layered to get a taste of everything in each bite, probably typical. But the lettuce and tomatoes didn't seem to be the freshest. Based on only the steak shawarma experience, this place does not exactly live up to the name. That being said, it is good, simple and generously proportioned on the meat side. If you are looking for the most authentic Palestinian Shawerma taste, this isn't it. Still tasted good and I enjoyed it. Might go back there again in the future. Cash only place.
