The water store is a well designed and functional store. The staff are friendly , knowledgeable and professional. I am a cyclists, the water taste great and I have noticed a difference in the rapid speed of my hydration with this alkaline water. I also had an alkaline system installed in my apartment. The installer did a great service with the installation. He put the filters in an area blow the sink where I still had room to place my soaps, cleaners and other kitchen items. Alka Logic water is delicious and I loved that they deliver, but when I had to discontinue the service temporarily their customer service declined rapidly. They were was fine when I was paying for the water, but right before I stopped the service the Bio water dispenser they sold me stopped working. I wanted to fix it so that when I was able to start getting water again it would work. I've called three times and asked them to recommend a company that could repair my water dispenser and each time the person told me they would ask the owner and call me back. The last time I said, "Really, because two other people said that and nobody has ever called me back." I still don't know how to fix my water dispenser. I looked online and the Brio website says to call the person/company that I purchased it from. I'm tired of calling Alka Logic and having them lie to me by saying they will call me back. I guess I'm going to have to find another water delivery company and buy another water dispenser. Which makes me sad. read more

During the the pandemic, I was a little hesitant to go fill up my bottles, but my 11 year old was pressuring me because she loves the water, so I drove over. Gustavo (I think his name was) was super careful when he filled my jugs, screwing the caps off and on like a microsurgeon attaching a limb, making sure not to touch the spout of the bottles. I really like their water but do wish I could have it delivered as it's often very inconvenient for me to get to the store on busy Lincoln when I'm running low. Of course they do offer delivery but for me it's not an option as I know they don't sterilize the returned bottles (glass or plastic). I've asked. They simply give them a quick spritz in the cold water "power washer" (the one we use when self-filling) which basically does nothing. They then wipe the outside with a not-so-fresh cloth that other customers off the street have also handled for their self-fill. In other words, germs will abound on your nice fresh drinking water bottles that you get delivered to your home. read more

I love this place! The people are nice and the store has a great sense of community. I follow their Facebook page for events and specials. I started drinking their alkaline water a couple of months ago because of a health condition and I love how hydrating it is. Its better than the store bought alkaline water for some reason. It's nice because I don't feel water logged after drinking it. The price is great so I either want to look into getting the delivery service or the buying the unit to have at our home because with two kids it's easier to have the water come to me. Best water filter system out there and the nicest people in the business. We did a lot of research over several months and checked out countless water stores. None tasted as good as the water at Alka Logic. You can tell the difference. What's more, the people are super knowledgeable and happy to provide information. They never pushed their products or a sale. After several months we purchased both a full house system and an under the sink drinking water system. Though we previously had a 5-stage reverse osmosis system, no one ever commented on the quality of our water. But since getting the Alka Logic system installed we constantly get unsolicited comments about how great our water tastes. Also the whole house filter does not leave that weird feeling on your skin that our old Culligan water softener left. This water feels great on the skin and it can be used to water plants, which we couldn't previously with the old Culligan salt based system. We are completely thrilled and happy with our purchase. The only sad part is that for the months we were contemplating the purchase of a system, we would drive 62 miles to purchase water at Alka Logic in multiple 5 gallon containers. It became a weekly ritual and we always enjoyed seeing Avi, FI and the others, but now we don't need to drive that distance anymore and we don't get to see them. Now let me continue.. 1) First time I walked through the door I was greeted by some of the loveliest people who were more than happy to assist me with any questions I had. Now that's what you call great customer service! 2) I was offered water after getting a breakdown of the 4 different types of water there is to offer. Now let me tell you.. The water is AMAZING. It makes me feel like I'm back in Hawaii dancing in the rain It is SO REFRESHING! Some of the best water I have ever tasted to be honest! 3) The best part to me is that they have Alkaline water ICE CUBES! I know that may sound lame for me to care about ice cubes but the fact that they have alkaline ice cubes shows that they really take the time to think about the little things.. And it shows that they care! A lot of establishments may have filtered water but then have tap water ice cubes! so if you are going with alkaline water, you might as well come here and get your alkaline ice cubes as well! Overall, this place is just the place to be for water. Great location..right across from Whole foods, a few blocks from the beach.. Right next to an organic ice cream shop.. Good weather..good sight seeing. Great informative workers to help you with anything you need to know about the benefits of alkaline water. They are so welcoming! The water is amazing! I work for UCLA, and I was so unhappy with the poor quality water, and horrible customer service vendors that we were using. Due to this I went on the hunt for a new vendor. As I searched through multiple companies I was drawn to all of the positive things that people had to say about Alka Logic, and they were right!! From the day that I called inquiring about becoming a corporate account, starting our account, setting up the deliveries, and the billing has all been put into place seamlessly! We LOVE our new alkaline water from Alka Logic at the kitchen sink! It is so delicious! We had installed about 2 months ago, and we noticed immediately that our bodies were craving water from it after we got it! We drank filtered water from a Brita and filtered water from our refrigerator before we got the alkaline water, and we never drank much of it. The alkaline water has minerals and tastes so fresh like from a fresh spring. Our bodies crave the delicious water! We even found we don't like drinking restaurant water anymore so we try to always bring a jug of alkaline water with us wherever we go even on long trips! We just would miss it too much to go without it. THAT is saying something! Enjoy your water! We also wanted to be able to access some reverse osmosis water occasionally and Avi set up a spigot cord so we could get a little of that from under the sink when needed for some other uses. Avi is the BEST! We highly recommend his company and the water! Get some and enjoy better health like we did!
