My favorite place for breakfast in town! The wait is long because it's a busy place and it's a busy place because of the quantity and quality of the food is fantastic! I've learned it's best to join the waitlist online instead of just showing up and then being placed on the waitlist in person. By doing so, we've never had to wait more than 10 minutes at the restaurant, no matter how busy it is. Service has always been great and the menu offers a wide variety of breakfast and lunch options. My husband is infamous for having a bottomless stomach tried the 3-car pile up and couldn't finish it. The biscuits truly are big! If you leave here hungry, that's your own fault. We've eaten here dozens of times and my only complaint were my country style potatoes were over salted ONCE. I only wish they were opening for dinner. We had a large party. I called ahead and was told to get on the waitlist through Yelp. I did that, and then arrived at my designated time. I was then told there was no reservation for my party. I showed the host on my phone the screen where it says I had a reservation. There were open tables but they would not move tables and instead seated many people before us and placed us at the bottom of the list, which added 45 minutes to our wait. If you have a large party, do not go here. They will not accommodate for you. I would suggest ihop, or another breakfast place. We were super excited for this place to open and went several times and left because the wait was so long so when we got in yesterday we were so excited!! We were seated and waited about 15 minutes before I flagged down a waitress who wasn't even ours and asked her if she could take our drink orders, she obliged and we were at that point already ready to order as well so she took our meal order. Our food took about another 30 minutes to get to us and still we had no waitress refilling drinks or management asking us how our meal was going. Once we got our food, I noticed a part of my food was missing. I again had to find a waitress and flag her down to let her know I didn't receive all of my food. She comes out to tell me that my food had been taken to another table so she had my food refired, I just requested to have it to go because I had my 2 young children with me and they were done. I got my food and the ticket and was horrified that they didn't even offer a discount for their mess up and the manager never came and talked to me. When my husband asked for a discount the waitress said she would see what she could do. In the end we got the meal taken off that was given to another table but we will probably never go there again. If it would be possible to leave no stars, I would. You can't get seated in a timely manner, even though they use a wait list, if you have a party larger than four. At check-in for a party of six, I was told 30-45 minutes. I received a text with a link to see where my party was on the wait list. That link, Yelp!, stated to be at the door at a certain time. My party entered the restaurant as we were 2nd on the wait list. We watched several parties smaller than ours and behind us on the wait list be seated. Our wait time had surpassed 45 minutes, when asked how much longer, we were told another 10 -20 minutes. As multiple tables next to each become available they won't move them together, stating that it would be a fire code violation. We left, went another restaurant and was seated in 5 minutes and they pulled two tables together to accommodate us. Some fire code violation. read more

We've been three times since they opened 4 days ago. They are still working out the kinks. They are super busy right now being a new restaurant. The first day, I picked up our to go order and asked the girl if everything was there. She said yes and got home and a couple of our meals were missing. I called and the manager offered for us to either come back or he'd mail coupons. I accepted the mailed coupons, so I'll be watching for those. The food we did get was enough to feed my husband and two boys and I. The Alamo burrito and ranchero omelette were delicious and boys loved the pancakes. The second day we ordered the loaded sticky biscuit, it was so good!! We went again today for another Alamo and coffee. The coffee is not anything exciting for $3.00 but the burrito was good again. We've only done takeout and it's been warm every time. We have not had lunch there yet but I imagine it will be delicious based on everything else we've had. I think it's definitely worth checking out. Regarding social distancing, people should monitor their own behavior social distancing while waiting and not be upset at the restaurant. They can't control people, they are going to ultimately do what they want. If you're worried about it wait outside or order to go. read more

I really enjoy eating breakfast here. Everything has been really good so far. Yes you have to wait a while to get in, but it's worth it. The worst thing about this restaurant is the chairs. They are very small for people who are not petite. I'm not talking about grossly overweight, I'm just talking about a little overweight The chairs are designed for very small skinny behinds which means you have to sit at the edge of the chair. My husband is 6 foot tall and weighs about 260 pounds and they were really uncomfortable for him. Other than that, we both love the food. read more
