The owners, Evan and Sue, are very friendly and knowledgeable about the animals Tim their store. We came in to buy a bearded dragon, but walked away with a snake! Sue spent more than half an hour just talking to us, letting us handle the snakes and answering the myriad of questions we threw at her. She put us at ease and we walked away confident that we can have a happy pet snake. They stock mice as well, so we picked up a few for feed. She got up to check him in, because he had to have his vacinnations verified. I received the call to pick him up around 2:00 p.m. His cut was horrific, and I did not noticed he smelled until we got him into the car. His coat was uneven. It appeared he was cut without a bath. It didn't even appear that the hair from his cut was combed out. I will never bring him back here again. I remember when this place had standards. I brought my baby here for the first time one and a half years ago and the person who cut him was new. The first cut was free because she was in training. I thought she did a superb job with him, but after she took pictures to submit to her trainer, she gave me a call to bring him back in at no charge to do a redo. Unfortunately, I moved from the area shortly after and that groomer is no longer there. I was told when I booked that Brandy was experienced and had a skill for cutting Golden Doodles. This cut will be her last on him. He was cut unevenly, stinked, and looked at hot mess. I paid over $89 for this mess, plus I tipped her. Save your money.

My mom also tried this with her Shi Tzu that has a very sensitive stomach and he loves it too and hasn't had nearly the stomach upsets that he once had. We tried the cat food too and our fat cat is on the "lite" version and he's actually doing a lot better than he was. Besides the food being awesome the buying and delivery process was easy and fast, Gary was super nice and on top of it with our delivery.
