I bought an electric bike from there the guy that sold it to me said it had no issues so I paid $967 for it just to ride it one time so I took it back today just for the same guy that sold it to me tell me that he has to get ahold of the owner of the shop to figure out what he's going to do I left it there all day went back to see if he had the money and he said he still hasn't talked to the owner I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone anymore very unprofessional read more

Stopped in today to see if someone could show me the correct way to inflate a presta tire and I'm very grateful I did. The used bike I just bought had obviously been wrecked and the back rim was damaged. The gentleman showed me what was wrong and tried to fix it. However, it was bent so far there wasn't any way to save it and make the bike safe. Thankfully he had my type of rim in his shop and changed it out along with checked brakes, gears and the chain. I'm very thankful for the knowledge he had and for not sending me out on an unsafe bicycle! read more

The owner was quite interesting yes but was willing to get my Grandaughter's bike going so I could give her a nice safe bike in time for her 6th birthday. Took a bike in for repair to his empty shop. No bicycles awaiting service,I left in hopesI would get a call,that my bike was finished. 2 and a half weeks later,nothing. Upon learning that it wasn't ready,I told him,I will be coming to get my bike. ,I took my business elsewhere and they made my repairing a weekstime(!) if you decide you want to hear an Individual bluster about how "fantastic",one is. I've been to a lot of bike shops in my time but Mike's has to top the list. Now it isn't the prettiest shop but Mike will complete the work when he says on time and the price is more than fair. Excellent service and expertise. He won't try to sell you something that you don't need. I am dropping off my third bike in a month because of the friendly and knowledgeable service this guy gives; One of those bikes is a very loved Vintage Puch that I don't trust just anyone to work on. He also has great prices for the parts and service and I had my bikes back in less than a week. The shop is small and not well stocked, but there are always nice bikes lined up to the door and all over racks that are finished or waiting for service; That alone says a lot about the shop. Definitely one of the most knowledgeable and experienced bicycle technicians in Ohio. He'll fix exactly what's wrong the first time and won't do unnecessary work. Very fair and reasonably priced. The only place to go for bicycle repairs. A great source for quality new and used bicycles and bicycles accessories. Don't be misled by his flat affect, he doesn't mince words because he's confident that his information is correct. He's actually very friendly and happy to answer any questions.
