Unfortunately, what I witnessed during my visit was extremely disturbing and completely inappropriate for a business serving the public. I observed a tall African-American gentleman who appeared to be working behind the counter and running the establishment verbally belittling and repeatedly cursing at a customer. He was loudly telling other customers that this gentleman was "a piece of trash" and using other offensive language toward him. What was even more concerning was when another customer joined in and challenged the man to go outside so they could fight. The gentleman who was being targeted repeatedly stated that he wanted nothing to do with the confrontation and ultimately left the establishment. As a healthcare professional and someone who has never witnessed this type of behavior in a business before, I found the entire situation extremely unsettling--especially in an establishment where alcohol is being served. Customers should be able to enjoy themselves in a safe and respectful environment without being publicly humiliated, verbally attacked, or encouraged into a physical I believe management needs to take this type of conduct seriously and ensure that customers are treated with basic dignity and respect. I am also considering reporting what I witnessed to the appropriate agencies so the situation can be properly addressed. Based on my experience, I unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment.

They were prompt and met the owner at the home for me, the dispatcher called and said nobody was there, they were polite and understanding, I quickly phoned the owner who was 5 minutes away. They disassembled the pool table within 1 hour and showed up at my home in Chino Hills. I was pleasantly surprised to see them moving my table in a professional van and not in the back of a pick up. ( I wasn't sure what to expect since the price was so reasonable) The technicians Mario and Ulises were friendly and helpful with advice on how much clearance I should have and which direction to place table. They measured and brought the frame out to show me exactly what I would be looking at for placement. They carefully assembled the pool table I was never nervous about scratches or mishandling. They added extra screws to secure slate he said the others were to short, I appreciated his genuine concern to secure the table. They balanced table fine tuning one of the legs down to a 1/32 shim. They stretched the felt perfectly. We tested it with the cue ball and it seemed perfect to me. He said if anything seems off to give him a call and he would adjust....no charge. I couldn't be happier! I finally got my pool table! I'm glad I called these guys.

They called me an hour ahead as I had requested to have someone meet them to tend to this project. They were so professional, in my opinion so cheap for what they did. I genuinely had no idea that there was so much going into moving pool tables. When I arrived to my property, it was sitting in the perfect place, set up and in perfect condition. If you need a pool table mover or repair company, call these guys. They stated to us they've been in business for over 20 years and you can tell... there nothing amiss with them. I will be calling them and no one else whenever I need anything pool table related. Thank you Diamond Billiards, Mario and Ulyses for doing such a great job from start to finish.
