They were prompt and met the owner at the home for me, the dispatcher called and said nobody was there, they were polite and understanding, I quickly phoned the owner who was 5 minutes away. They disassembled the pool table within 1 hour and showed up at my home in Chino Hills. I was pleasantly surprised to see them moving my table in a professional van and not in the back of a pick up. ( I wasn't sure what to expect since the price was so reasonable) The technicians Mario and Ulises were friendly and helpful with advice on how much clearance I should have and which direction to place table. They measured and brought the frame out to show me exactly what I would be looking at for placement. They carefully assembled the pool table I was never nervous about scratches or mishandling. They added extra screws to secure slate he said the others were to short, I appreciated his genuine concern to secure the table. They balanced table fine tuning one of the legs down to a 1/32 shim. They stretched the felt perfectly. We tested it with the cue ball and it seemed perfect to me. He said if anything seems off to give him a call and he would adjust....no charge. I couldn't be happier! I finally got my pool table! I'm glad I called these guys.

They called me an hour ahead as I had requested to have someone meet them to tend to this project. They were so professional, in my opinion so cheap for what they did. I genuinely had no idea that there was so much going into moving pool tables. When I arrived to my property, it was sitting in the perfect place, set up and in perfect condition. If you need a pool table mover or repair company, call these guys. They stated to us they've been in business for over 20 years and you can tell... there nothing amiss with them. Once getting started the hosts started working the crowd and walking around bothering people. I was touching up my lip gloss and he gets to me, and says "What's up lipgloss!?!? She over getting ready y'all!" Little did he know, I was NOT going up there.....I just wanted to see how it was. My Spinach and Artichoke dip was really good and the chips were good as well. After I left the karaoke event, I went onto the gameroom floor and so much had changed. Not as many games as back in the day, and practically ALL my favorite games were gone! We ordered our first round of drinks and our food witch took super long to get, and we when had to remind the secret of our drinks. This was when our group was only about 5 people. The party grew bigger,and the service got even slower and worse. My wife and I went to go play games. We came back and ordered another beer and water. Some of the group had paid and left. We still had about 20 people. Some other friends asked to pay their bill. They received the paid bill returned with another persons credit card. It was not anyone in the groups card, so she used a strangers card. We had still not obtained our water or beer. When the waitress came back she was all discombobulated. No one could get their bills. We were basically held hostage for over an hour while they tried to figure it out. We never got our water or our beer. Finally they were able to pull up one bill for everyone. But they had added the "mandatory" tip to it. They had to go back and take it off. Then we had to have one person pay and we had to Zelle or Venmo them. We were being very respectful through the whole ordeal, but yet they had 3 of their "Top Flight Security" team stand near us and be on their phones. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a dining establishment, besides a few in the south in the 80's. I can't believe we were held hostage for over an hour, with no beverages that we ordered, or any compensation at all. I do not know how they are allowed to run a business like this. I WILL NEVER GO TO ANY DAVE & BUSTER'S again. NO MAMES. Do yourself a favor, and save yourself a headache, frustration and more. She didn't know what It was in it. Told her how to make it, they dont have sour mix. Asked for a paloma. She didnt know either. Explain, It's a commom spanish drink made up of tequila, squit soda and lime. they dont have Squirt. Settled for a cuba. The bottle ran out mid pour and they had no replacement bottle. Drink was watered down and weak. Cost of drink $10. This was for one drink Tuesday in Fontana. (Crowd size 5 pple, 6 if you count the bartender). Asked for a Johnny and coke. Still had to tell her what's in it. Yes, she really did ask. Again cost $10 per drink. Bottle didn't run out and it was still weak. The bartender girs are good to look at I'll give them that but they working the short skirts way harder then the drinks. Ask for your drinks in spanish it will make things easier. I won't return sadly, I wanted to like this place. I did like the music and the friendly people there really did but There's better places out here in both price point wise and ambience.
