After waiting and being ignored repeatedly, we went up to the bar to try to place our food order there. Unfortunately, the person at the bar said she wouldn't place our order because Abby was supposed to be handling the inside tables. At that point we felt completely stuck. Abby seems to have a reputation for ignoring customers, but this experience was on another level. After waiting far too long with no service and no way to place a food order, we finally gave up, paid for our drinks, and left. We come here very frequently with family and friends, but after this experience we will likely NOT be returning. We'll also be sharing our experience with others. Customer service should never feel like customers are being intentionally ignored. If you need a pool table mover or repair company, call these guys. They stated to us they've been in business for over 20 years and you can tell... there nothing amiss with them.
